Запропоновано рекомендації щодо формування корпоративної культури. Проведена оцінка ефективності розроблених рекомендацій. The work examines corporate culture as a factor in the effectiveness of modern enterprise management. The essence and functions of the concept are revealed, an analysis of the effectiveness of corporate culture is provided. Recommendations on the formation of corporate culture are offered. An assessment of the effectiveness of the developed recommendations was carried out.
