Розглянено управління персоналом в сучасній системі менеджменту,проаналізовано сучасну систему та ефективність управління персоналом в організації,надано загальну характеристику техніко-економічних показників організації АТ «Укртелеком»» та аналіз кадрового складу організації АТ «Укртелеком, запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи керування персоналом. The article studies the presentation and assessment of ways to improve the personnel management system at JSC "Ukrtelecom". Г.У кваліфікаційній роботі бакалавра досліджено формування та впровадження інноваційних підходів в управління проєктами та розроблено систему ключових факторів управління, що впливають на успішність функціонування проєкту в довгостроковій перспективі. В сучасному етапі розвитку економічних відносин єдиною здатністю у прогресивному розвитку підприємства є його адаптація до змін. Одним з ключовим чинником такого розвитку є запровадження у своє діяльність інноваційні підходи управління проєктами на підприємстві, а комплексне налаштування процесів управління всередині бізнесу можуть надати істотну допомогу у розвиток компанії в позитивному напрямі. The bachelor's thesis investigates the formation and implementation of innovative approaches to project management and develops a system of key management factors that affect the success of the project in the long term. At the present stage of development of economic relations, the only ability in the progressive development of an enterprise is its adaptation to change. One of the key factors in this development is the introduction of innovative project management approaches in and the comprehensive customization of management processes within the business can significantly help the company develop in a positive direction. Д.В роботі виявлено систему відносин організацій за умов нестабільності управлінської діяльності та виявлено системно-теоретичні аспекти у дослідженні системи відносин організації. Обґрунтовано та сформулювано понятійний апарат дослідження системи відносин організації. Визначено алгоритм формування місії організації, моделі цільової оптимізації системи відносин та процесного моделювання поетапної реалізації цілей. Запропоновано методику моделювання механізму оптимізації менеджменту організацій та здійснено практичну її реалізацію в ПП «Laskomex».. In the work, the system of relations of organizations under the conditions of instability of management activity was identified, and system-theoretical aspects in the study of the system of relations of the organization were identified. The conceptual apparatus of the study of the system of relations of the organization is substantiated and formulated. The algorithm for forming the organization's mission, the target optimization model of the relationship system, and the process modeling of the step-by-step implementation of goals have been defined. The method of modeling the mechanism of optimization of organization management was proposed and its practical implementation was carried out in PE "Laskomex".Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ КОНФЛІКТАМИ В ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ І ШЛЯХИ ЇХ ВИРІШЕННЯ(2023) Литвиненко, Л. О.В роботі досліджено напрямки розвитку процесу управління конфліктами на підприємствах транспортної логістики та розроблено рекомендації щодо його вдосконалення; уточнено поняття «конфлікт», а також позначена його специфіка. Розкрито сутність і джерела конфліктогенних факторів. Надано характеристику моделі медіації у вирішенні трудових конфліктів. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення міжфункціональних конфліктів у логістичних системах з використанням інструментів теорії ігор. The article studies directions of development of the process of conflict management at transport logistics enterprises and develops recommendations on its improvement; the concept of "conflict" is clarified and its specificity is outlined. The essence and sources of conflictogenic factors are disclosed. The model of mediation in resolving labour conflicts is described. О.В роботі досліджено особливість в управлінні персоналом підприємства в умовах воєнного стану в Україні. Досліджена нова система управління персоналом підприємства, адаптації інструментів управління персоналом до форс-мажорних умов функціонування. Виявлені особливості діючих нормативно-правових актів, що регламентують процеси управління персоналом в умовах воєнного стану,здійснена економічна характеристика АТ «Коблево»,особливості системи управління персоналом на підприємстві,основні напрями підвищення ефективності системи управління персоналом в умовах воєнного стану,розглянені можливі до впровадження інновації в процес управління персоналом як основи підвищення продуктивності праці. The article studies the peculiarities of personnel management at an enterprise under the conditions of martial law in Ukraine. A new system of personnel management at the enterprise is explored, including the adaptation of management tools to the force majeure conditions of operation. The study identifies the peculiarities of existing regulatory acts that regulate personnel management processes during martial law. An economic characterization of AT "Koblevo" is conducted, highlighting the peculiarities of the personnel management system at the enterprise. С.В роботі досліджено що підприємництво, особливо малий бізнес, перевагою якого є здатність до швидкої адаптації відповідно до вимог зовнішнього середовища, залишається основним фактором соціально-економічних перетворень кожної адміністративно-територіальної одиниці та держави в цілому. Розвиток малого підприємництва сприяє вирішенню важливих для країни соціально-економічного проблем. Отже, малий бізнес є запорукою демократизації економіки та суспільного життя. Тому формування та впровадження нових форм управління є провідною задачею для розвитку малого бізнесу в Україні. The article studies that entrepreneurship, especially small business, the advantage of which is the ability to quickly adapt in accordance with the requirements of the external environment, remains the main factor of socio-economic transformations of each administrative-territorial unit and the state as a whole. The development of small entrepreneurship contributes to the solution of important socio-economic problems for the country. Therefore, small business is the key to the democratization of the economy and social life. The work examines corporate culture as a factor in the effectiveness of modern enterprise management. The essence and functions of the concept are revealed, an analysis of the effectiveness of corporate culture is provided. Recommendations on the formation of corporate culture are offered. The article studies the production potential of an industrial enterprise, its essence has been disclosed and the methodology for assessing the use of production potential has been analyzed. Development of measures to increase efficiency of use of production potential of enterprise is proposed and level of its use is evaluated.
