The purpose of the study is to identify the leading personality features of a yoga coach. Conditionally, three equal groups of trainers are established (33.3% each) with the presence of rigidity and plasticity. The first group of coaches was with a high level of rigidity, which indicates the difficulty of restructuring in certain circumstances. The second was characterized by a high level of plasticity. And the third group with an average level of plasticity and rigidity, which indicates the ease of adapting to changeable circumstances, depending on the situation. The absence of coaches with a high level of empathy was proved.
