П.; Сікора, О. В.The article presents recommendations for the use of open systems network technologies (OSNT). It determines the priority directions of the use of OSNT and the circumstances of their implementation at higher educational institutions (HEI). While modeling the process of specialist training, all its aspects (educational, scientific, organizational, managerial, educational etc.) should be analysed. It is important to use open systems network technologies in the educational process at HEI. The transition to the system of organization of educational process with the use of OSNT is theoretically grounded. Such transition requires that a university present an information package about the institution and a student coordinator for the educational process. The article focuses on the process of training of Bachelors of Informatics. It is determined that informing of future Bachelors of Informatics about the organization of their study program, peculiarities of training quality control and managerial activity is carried out at all levels of management: chair, dean’s office, university administration. The peculiarities of the use of OSNT by all the participants of the educational process of the HEI are described. It is substantiated that OSNT fully accompany the process of students training. The academic staff forms the educational load and elaborates the educational and methodical complex of subjects. The administration of HEI and educational and administrative staff of HEI (enrollment committee, the formation of lessons schedule, library, personnel department) also have important functions in the process of students training. OSNT selection for the higher educational institutions should be performed according to the following characteristics: (i) management supporting; (ii) commitment to the end-user; (iii) establishment of three-dimensional interaction; (iv) user service. У статті представлено рекомендації щодо використання мережевих технологій відкритих систем (OSNT). Визначено пріоритетні напрями використання ОСНТ та обставини їх впровадження у закладах вищої освіти (ЗВО). Моделюючи процес підготовки фахівців, слід проаналізувати всі його аспекти (навчальні, наукові, організаційні, управлінські, навчальні тощо). Важливо використовувати мережеві технології відкритих систем в освітньому процесі ЗВО. Теоретично обґрунтовано перехід до системи організації освітнього процесу із застосуванням ОСНТ. Такий перехід вимагає, щоб університет представив інформаційний пакет про заклад та студентського координатора навчального процесу. Стаття присвячена процесу підготовки бакалаврів інформатики. Визначено, що інформування майбутніх бакалаврів інформатики про організацію їхньої навчальної програми, особливостях контролю якості навчання та управлінської діяльності здійснюється на всіх рівнях управління: кафедра, деканат, адміністрація університету. Описано особливості використання ОСНТ усіма учасниками освітнього процесу ЗВО. Обґрунтовано, що ОСНТ повністю супроводжує процес навчання студентів. Вчений колектив формує навчальне навантаження та розробляє навчально-методичний комплекс предметів. Адміністрація ЗВО та навчально-допоміжний персонал ЗВО (комісія з зарахування, формування розкладу уроків, бібліотека, відділ кадрів) також виконують важливі функції в процесі навчання студентів. Відбір ОСНТ для закладів вищої освіти повинен здійснюватися за такими характеристиками: (i) підтримка управління; (ii) прихильність до кінцевого споживача; (iii) встановлення тривимірної взаємодії; (iv) обслуговування користувачів.Item ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНА ПЕРЕВІРКА МЕТОДИКИ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ МЕРЕЖНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ВІДКРИТИХ СИСТЕМ У НАВЧАННІ МАЙБУТНІХ БАКАЛАВРІВ ІНФОРМАТИКИ(2018) Вдовичин, Т. Я.; Vdovychyn, T. Y.У статті наведено аспекти використання мережних технологій відкритих систем (МТВС) у ВНЗ. Доведено ефективність застосування МТВС для взаємодії учасників навчально-виховного процесу: студентів, професорсько-викладацького складу, адміністрації ВНЗ та навчально-допоміжного персоналу. Продемонстровано результати опитування щодо доцільності впровадження МТВС у освітній процес університету. Акцентовано увагу на застосування МТВС у процес підготовки бакалаврів інформатики. Методичні аспекти щодо використання мережних технологій відкритих систем у навчанні майбутніх бакалаврів інформатики передбачають педагогічну доцільність форм, методів та засобів навчання. Важливою умовою успішної інтеграції методики щодо використання МТВС є вдосконалення змісту інформатичних дисциплін (на прикладі навчальної дисципліни «Організаційна інформатика»). Для того, щоб здійснити добір МТВС, слід враховувати зв’язки щодо використання, користувачів, технічні засоби та їх характеристики, ризики (вплив недостовірної, неякісної інформації на особистість; маніпулювання свідомістю людини; доступ до персональних даних; зняття заборони і обмежень морально-етичного характеру тощо). У статті досліджено проблему формування компетентності бакалаврів інформатики щодо використання мережних технологій відкритих систем (МТВС). Визначено критерії, показники та рівні компетентності бакалаврів інформатики щодо використання МТВС. Описано основні етапи педагогічного експерименту щодо використання МТВС для майбутніх бакалаврів інформатики. Експериментальне впровадження результатів дослідження показало, що застосування спеціальної методики у навчанні бакалаврів інформатики сприяє формуванню компетентності щодо використання МТВС. The article presents aspects of the use of open systems network technologies (OSNT) in universities. The efficiency of the use of OSNT for the interaction of participants in the educational process has been proved: students, faculty members, administration of higher educational institutions and teaching auxiliary staff. The results of the survey on the feasibility of introducing OSNT in the university's educational process have been demonstrated. The emphasis is placed on the use of OSNT in the process of preparation of Bachelors of informatics. Methodological aspects concerning the use of open systems network technologies in the training of future Bachelors of informatics provide the pedagogical feasibility of forms, methods and means of training. An important condition for the successful integration of the methodology of using OSNT is to improve the content of informatics disciplines (on the example of the discipline "Organizational Informatics"). In order to select the OSNT, it is necessary to take into account the links of use, users, technical means and their characteristics, risks (the impact of inaccurate, poor-quality information on the person, manipulation of human consciousness, access to personal data, lifting the prohibition and restrictions of moral and ethical character, etc.). The article deals with the problem of the formation of the competence of Bachelors of informatics on the use of open systems network technologies. The criteria, indicators and levels of competence of Bachelor of Informatics regarding the use of OSNT are determined. The main stages of the pedagogical experiment on the use of OSNT for future Bachelors of informatics are described. Experimental implementation of the results of the study showed that the application of a special methodology in the training of Bachelors of informatics contributes to the formation of competence in the use of OSNT.Item ВИКОРИСТАННЯ МЕРЕЖНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ВІДКРИТИХ СИСТЕМ У НАВЧАННІ БАКАЛАВРІВ ІНФОРМАТИКИ: ЗАГАЛЬНІ ВИСНОВКИ(2016) Вдовичин, Т. Я.; Vdovychyn, T.У статті висвітлено основні результати дослідження використання мережних технологій відкритих систем у навчанні бакалаврів інформатики. Висвітлено процес інформатизації освітньої політики України як підґрунтя для впровадження мережних технологій відкритих систем (МТВС) у навчально-виховний процес; проаналізовано історичні передумови їх становлення і розвитку; розкрито основні поняття щодо їх використання у педагогічній теорії і практиці. Визначено можливість використання мережних технологій відкритих систем у процесі навчання фахівців першого (бакалаврського) рівня вищої освіти галузі знань 0403 «Системні науки та кібернетика» напряму підготовки 6.040302 «Інформатика*»; проаналізовано принципи фундаменталізації та модернізації у підготовці бакалаврів інформатики з застосуванням даних технологій. Обґрунтовано педагогічні умови для забезпечення навчального процесу бакалаврів інформатики у ВНЗ; наведено процедурну модель використання МТВС у навчанні бакалаврів інформатики; визначено критерії, показники та рівні компетентності бакалаврів інформатики щодо використання МТВС у подальшій професійній діяльності; розроблено та обґрунтовано модель формування компетентності бакалаврів інформатики щодо використання МТВС; обґрунтовано основні компоненти методики використання МТВС у навчанні бакалаврів інформатики, що базувалася на вдосконаленні змісту навчальної дисципліни «Організаційна інформатика» з застосуванням МТВС; подано рекомендації впровадження МТВС для студентів, професорсько-викладацького складу, адміністрації ВНЗ та навчально-допоміжного персоналу. The article highlights the main results of the study using networking technologies of open systems in training bachelors of computer science. The process of informatization of educational policy in Ukraine as a basis for the introduction of network technologies of open systems in the educational process is considered; the historical background of their formation and development is analyzed; the basic concept for their use in educational theory and practice is uderlined. The possibility of using networking technologies of open systems in the learning process of the first (bachelor) level of higher education in the field of knowledge 0403 "System sciences and cybernetics" training direction 6.040302 "Information *" is defined; the principles fundamentalization and modernization in training bachelors of computer science with the use of these technologies are analyzed. Pedagogical conditions for the learning process of bachelors of computer science in higher education are substantiated; procedural model using networking technologies of open systems in training bachelors of computer science is given; the criteria, indexes and levels of competence of bachelor of computer science in the use of networking technologies of open systems in future professional activity are given; the model of competence of bachelor of computer science in the use of networking technologies of open systems is developed and proved. The basic components of the method of using networking technologies of open systems in teaching bachelors of computer science based on improving the content of discipline "Organizational Informatics" using open networking systems are proved. Recommendations of implementation of networking technologies of open systems for students, teaching staff, university administration and teaching support staff are given.
