В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних основ організації управління персоналом в системі адміністрування закладів фізичного виховання та спорту. В інтегративному, узагальнюючо-синтезуючому аспекті висвітлено теоретичні основи управління, сучасні концепції теорії управління, форми, функції, тенденції та проблеми розвитку фізичної культури та спорту. На цій основі обґрунтовано значення сфери фізичного виховання і спорту як соціальної системи, розкрито організаційну структуру управління вітчизняним фізкультурно-спортивним рухом, охарактеризовано особливості функціонування цієї системи на сучасному етапі. Qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical foundations of personnel management in the system of administration of physical education and sports. In the integrative, generalizing-synthesizing aspect the theoretical bases of management, modern concepts of the theory of management, forms, functions, tendencies and problems of development of physical culture and sports are covered. On this basis, the importance of physical education and sports as a social system is substantiated, the organizational structure of the management of the national physical culture and sports movement is revealed, the peculiarities of the functioning of this system at the present stage are characterized.Item ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ СВІТОВОГО ДОСВІДУ HR МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В СУЧАСНУ УКРАЇНСЬКУ ЕКОНОМІКУ(2021) Сергеєв, С.
