Item СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ НА ОСНОВІ ПРОЄКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ(2021) Соловйов, Н. А.В роботі проаналізовано можливості застосування методів проєктного менеджменту для цілей стратегічного планування підприємств. Розроблено методичні основи формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, а саме: уявлення стратегії підприємства в якості системи, формування її змістовної моделі та уточнення поняття «стратегія підприємства»; розробка логічної структури стратегії підприємства на основі проєктного менеджменту; визначення змінних і параметрів системи «стратегія підприємства». Запропонована методика формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, що включає: порядок проведення «SWOT-аналізу» і визначення стратегічних цілей функціональних областей. The paper analyzes the possibilities of applying project management methods for the purposes of strategic planning of enterprises. Methodical bases of enterprise strategy formation on the principles of project management are developed, namely: representation of the enterprise strategy as system, formation of its substantial model and specification of concept "strategy of the enterprise"; development of logical structure of enterprise strategy on the basis of project management; determination of variables and parameters of the "enterprise strategy" system. The method of strategy formation of the enterprise on principles of project management is offered, including: the order of carrying out "SWOT-analysis" and definition of the functional areas strategic purposes.Item СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИМ ПОТЕНЦІАЛОМ ПРОМИСЛОВОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА(2021) Андрущенко, К. А.В кваліфікаційній роботі (проекті) розглянуто та вивчено основні аспекти стратегічного управління інвестиційним потенціалом промислового підприємства. Для досягнення мети у роботі було вирішено такі завдання : - розкриті теоретичні основи інвестиційного потенціалу промислового підприємства; - охарактеризовані складові стратегічного управляння інвестиційним потенціалом підприємства; - досліджено ресурсі детермінанти ПрАТ «Чумак» як складових інвестиційного потенціалу; - вивчено тенденції стратегічного управління розвитком інвестиційного потенціалу. В процесі роботи зроблено висновки та пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності формування інвестиційного потенціалу промислового підприємства, системи економічних показників, що розкривають об’єкт інвестиційної діяльності . Кваліфікаційна робота ( проект) складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновку, списку використаних джерел. In the qualification work (project) the main aspects of strategic management of investment potential of an industrial enterprise are considered and studied. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: -theoretical bases of investment potential of industrial enterprise are revealed; -the components of strategic management of investment potential of the enterprise are characterized; - the determinant resources of PJSC Chumak as components of investment potential were studied; - tendencies of strategic management of investment potential development are studied. In the course of the work, conclusions and proposals were made to increase the efficiency of the investment potential of the industrial enterprise, the system of economic indicators that reveal the object of investment activity. Qualification work (project) consists of an introduction, three sections, a conclusion, a list of sources used.
