О.У роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи дослідження мотивації навчання здобувачів у ЗВО, описано теоретичні підходи в дослідженні мотивів в психолого-педагогічній літературі, узагальнено психологічні особливості структури мотивації навчання здобувачів. Проведено емпіричне дослідження мотивації навчання, зроблений аналіз та обговорення результатів емпіричного дослідження мотивації навчання. / The paper summarizes the theoretical foundations of the study of students' learning motivation in higher education institutions, describes theoretical approaches to the study of motives in the psychological and pedagogical literature, summarizes the psychological features of the structure of students' learning motivation. An empirical study of learning motivation is conducted, the results of the empirical study of learning motivation are analyzed and discussed.
