Item ВИСВІТЛЕННЯ ПРОБЛЕМ ОСВІТИ В ІНТЕРНЕТ-ВИДАННЯХ ПІВДНЯ УКРАЇНИ (ПЕРІОД ПОВНОМАСШТАБНОГО РОСІЙСЬКОГО ВТОРГНЕННЯ)(2023) Кучер, С.С.Завдяки появі та розповсюдженню мережі Інтернет, відстань між постачальником інформації та її споживачем максимально скоротилась, значно заощадивши обом час і кошти. Інтернет-журналістика стала важливою складовою для працівників медіа, а для користувачів - впливовим джерелом інформації, якому вони довіряють. В онлайн-ЗМІ часто обговорюються питання освіти. Це може бути пов'язано зі змінами у системі освіти, новими технологіями навчання, проблемами фінансування та доступності освіти. У сучасних реаліях основні зміни принесла війна. Під час війни з’явилися нові фактори впливу на освітній процес. Це небезпека життя через ракетні атаки ворога; евакуація здобувачів освіти та викладачів всередині держави, або поза її межі; руйнація закладів освіти ворожими ракетами тощо. У роботі розглянуто та проаналізовано публікації на тему освіти в регіональних медіа Півдня України. Звернено увагу на проблеми та питання, які підіймаються найчастіше, та які оприлюднюються замало. Thanks to the emergence and spread of the Internet, the distance between the provider of information and its consumer has been reduced as much as possible, significantly saving time and money for both. Internet journalism has become an important component for media workers, and for users - an influential source of information that they trust. Education issues are often discussed in the online media. This may be related to changes in the education system, new learning technologies, problems of financing and accessibility of education. In modern realities, the main changes were brought about by the war. During the war, new factors influencing the educational process appeared. Such as danger to life due to enemy missile attacks; evacuation of students and teachers within the state or outside its borders, destruction of educational institutions by enemy missiles; etc. The work examines and analyzes publications on the topic of education in the regional media of the South of Ukraine. Which problems and issues are raised most often, and which ones are not publicized enough.Item ПРАВА ДИТИНИ В КОНТЕКСТІ ОСВІТИ ТА МЕДИЦИНИ: СПЕЦИФІКА ВИСВІТЛЕННЯ У МЕДІА(2021) Внукова, Ю. В.Захист прав дітей є одним з найважливіших направлень модернізації суспільства. Діти неспроможні вирішувати питання самозахисту, тому піклування про неї – обов’язок держави. Створення кращих умов у сучасному суспільстві несе за собою вивчення кібербезпеки та безпеки на медійному просторі. Слід наголосити на налагоджуванні зв’язків: дитина-освіта, дитина-cім’я, дитина-медицина, дитина-держава, дитина- ЗМІ. Дитина є об’єктом правових відносин і відповідальність за неї несе саме держава. Ми дійшли висновку, що медіаграмотність має бути включена у список шкільних предметів для вивчення, сформували тезиси для журналістів, згідно їх діяльності, що усунуло б конфліктні ситуації щодо висвітлення дитячих тем у ЗМІ. Були сформовані кроки вирішення проблем для закладів освіти, медицини та інформаційної безпеки . Protecting children's rights is one of the most important areas of society modernization. Children are incapable of dealing with self-defense, so it is the responsibility of the state to take care of it. Creating better conditions in modern society entails the study of cybersecurity and security in the media space. Emphasis should be placed on establishing relationships: child-education, child-family, child-medicine, child-state, child-media. The child is the object of legal relations and is the responsibility of the state. We came to the conclusion that media literacy should be included in the list of school subjects to study, formed theses for journalists, according to their activities, which would eliminate conflicts over the coverage of children's topics in the media. Steps have been taken to address issues for education, medicine and information security.
