The paper clarifies the content of the concept of «managerial competence of the future teacher of primary classes»; defines the managerial functions of the teacher and the structure of his managerial competence; theoretically substantiates the psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of elements of managerial competence of future primary school teachers; experimentally tested the effectiveness of certain psychological and pedagogical conditions.
