А.В роботі проаналізовано можливості застосування методів проєктного менеджменту для цілей стратегічного планування підприємств. Розроблено методичні основи формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, а саме: уявлення стратегії підприємства в якості системи, формування її змістовної моделі та уточнення поняття «стратегія підприємства»; розробка логічної структури стратегії підприємства на основі проєктного менеджменту; визначення змінних і параметрів системи «стратегія підприємства». Запропонована методика формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, що включає: порядок проведення «SWOT-аналізу» і визначення стратегічних цілей функціональних областей. The paper analyzes the possibilities of applying project management methods for the purposes of strategic planning of enterprises. Methodical bases of enterprise strategy formation on the principles of project management are developed, namely: representation of the enterprise strategy as system, formation of its substantial model and specification of concept "strategy of the enterprise"; development of logical structure of enterprise strategy on the basis of project management; determination of variables and parameters of the "enterprise strategy" system. The method of strategy formation of the enterprise on principles of project management is offered, including: the order of carrying out "SWOT-analysis" and definition of the functional areas strategic purposes.Item Планування та управління прибутком підприємства та шляхи їх вдосконалення(2020) Майброда, К. А.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ формування, управління та планування прибутку підприємства. У роботі визначені особливості та методи планування прибутку підприємства. Розглянуті шляхи максимізації прибутку через оптимізацію обсягу виробництва і витрат. Досліджується стан сформованості інтелектуальних дій школярів, зокрема планування, на уроках праці. In the qualification work (project) the peculiarities of the course and formation of intellectual actions (operations) in students with intellectual disabilities are considered. The state of formation of intellectual actions of schoolchildren, in particular planning, at labor lessons is investigated.
