В.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні засади та практичні підходи до розробки бізнес-плану підприємства в умовах сучасного ринку. Обґрунтовано необхідність бізнес-планування для малих та середніх підприємств. У роботі розглянуто ринкову ситуацію, маркетингову стратегію, фінансові розрахунки, організаційну структуру та оцінку ризиків. Результати дослідження підтверджують ефективність представленої бізнес-моделі та її можливості для масштабування./The qualification paper explores theoretical foundations and practical approaches to business plan development in a modern market environment. The importance of business planning for small and medium-sized enterprises is substantiated.The work includes market analysis, marketing strategy, financial calculations, organizational structure, and risk assessment. The results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed business model and its potential for scaling.Item СТРАТЕГІЇ ФОРМУВАННЯ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНИХ ПОРТФЕЛІВ В УМОВАХ СУЧАСНИХ ВИКЛИКІВ(2025) Галамець, А. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто сутність та значення інвестиційного портфеля в сучасному фінансовому середовищі. Досліджено класичні та сучасні теорії інвестування, зокрема модель Марковіца, а також фінансові інструменти для побудови портфелів. Впроваджено розробку інвестиційного портфеля на основі моделі Марковіца в контексті криптовалютного портфеля з урахуванням цілей формування. Визначено оптимальний склад портфеля шляхом аналізу фінансових інструментів та побудови кореляційної матриці. Розроблено рекомендації щодо використання та побудови інвестиційних портфелів в умовах сучасних викликів. The qualification work examines the essence and significance of the investment portfolio in the modern financial environment. It investigates classical and contemporary investment theories, particularly the Markowitz model, as well as financial instruments used for portfolio construction. The development of an investment portfolio based on the Markowitz model is implemented in the context of a cryptocurrency portfolio, taking into account the goals and criteria of portfolio formation. The optimal portfolio composition is determined through the analysis of selected financial instruments and the construction of a correlation matrix. Recommendations for the use and construction of investment portfolios under current challenges are developed.Item ЕФЕКТИВНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПРОЄКТАМИ В МІЖНАРОДНОМУ БІЗНЕС-СЕРЕДОВИЩІ(2024) Ліканова, А. Автор досліджує вплив культурних та економічних факторів на управлінські стратегії та розглядає інноваційні інструменти для оптимізації проектних процесів. Основна мета роботи — визначити ключові фактори успіху для ефективного управління міжнародними проєктами. The paper examines the main principles and methods of project management in the international business environment. Special attention is given to the specifics of project management in the global context, risk and resource analysis, as well as the effectiveness of various methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and traditional approaches. The author investigates the influence of cultural and economic factors on management strategies and explores innovative tools for optimizing project processes. В.У роботі досліджено сутність та зміст інноваційної діяльності при формуванні стратегій підприємства; виявлено відмінні риси стратегічного управління підприємствами в умовах розвитку інноваційної діяльності. Розроблено методику аналізу інноваційного потенціалу підприємства; запропоновано методичний підхід щодо оцінки системи стратегічного управління підприємством. Визначено порядок вибору стратегій інноваційного розвитку підприємств; сформовано систему стратегічного управління в умовах розвитку інноваційної діяльності. Обґрунтовано модель прогнозування ризиків при стратегічному управлінні підприємством. The work examines the essence and content of innovative activity in the formation of enterprise strategies; distinguishing features of strategic management of enterprises in the conditions of the development of innovative activity are revealed. The method of analyzing the innovative potential of the enterprise has been developed; a methodical approach to the assessment of the strategic management system of the enterprise is proposed. The procedure for choosing strategies for the innovative development of enterprises is defined; a strategic management system was formed in the conditions of the development of innovative activity. The model of risk forecasting in the strategic management of the enterprise is substantiated.
