Item ВЗАЄМОЗВ'ЯЗОК МІЖ ФІЗИЧНОЮ АКТИВНІСТЮ ТА ІНСУЛІНОРЕЗИСТЕНТНІСТЮ(2024) Горбунова, О.Дослідження присвячено вивченню сучасних наукових відомості щодо зв'язку між фізичною активністю та інсулінорезистентністю, Розуміння механізмів, що пояснюють цей зв’язок, є важливим для розробки ефективних стратегій профілактики та лікування метаболічних відхилень та для підвищення ефективності вже існуючих. Зроблений ґрунтовний огляд сучасних досліджень за даною тематикою дозволяє використовувати ці відомості у викладацькій та науково-дослідній діяльності. Показано, що фізичні навантаження мають дозозалежний ефект при застосуванні їх для корекції стану інсулінорезистентності. З’ясовано, що тривалі фізичні навантаження середньої ефективності є більш ефективними ніж інтенсивні, але короткотривалі. / The study is devoted to the study of modern scientific information on the relationship between physical activity and insulin resistance. Understanding the mechanisms that explain this relationship is important for the development of effective strategies for the prevention and treatment of metabolic abnormalities and for improving the effectiveness of existing ones. A thorough review of modern research on this topic allows us to use this information in teaching and research activities. It has been shown that exercise has a dose-dependent effect when used to correct insulin resistance. It has been found that prolonged physical exertion of medium efficiency is more effective than intense but short-term exercise.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЗМІШАНОГО НАВЧАННЯ УЧНІВ ГІМНАЗІЙ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ РОСІЙСЬКОЇ Й АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВ)(2021) Пономаренко, Є. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто особливості змішаного навчання учнів гімназій на прикладі російської й англійської мов. Визначено поняття змішаного навчання, описані основні моделі даної методики. Проаналізовано місце медіаосвіти як складника змішаного навчання. Визначено місце уроку мови в системі змішаного навчання. Розроблено та наведено приклади ефективних вправ в процесі змішаного навчання під час світової пандемії. In the qualification work the features of blended education of gimnasium students on the example of Russian and English languages are considered. The concept of blended learning is defined, the basic models of this technique are described. The place of media education as a component of blended learning is analyzed. The place of language lesson in the system of blended learning is determined. Examples of effective exercises in the process of blended learning during a global pandemic have been developed and presented.Item ФОРМУВАННЯ АНГЛІЙСЬКОМОВНОЇ ГРАМАТИЧНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ УЧНІВ ГІМНАЗІЇ ЗАСОБАМИ ОНЛАЙН-РЕСУРСІВ(2021) Чернуха, О. А.Робота присвячена вивченню процесу формування англійськомовної граматичної компетентності учнів гімназії засобами онлайн-ресурсів. У роботі проаналізована структура іншомовної граматичної компетентності та способи її формування на уроках англійської мови в гімназіях; охарактеризовано поняття «онлайн-ресурс» та його класифікації; окреслено етапи роботи над навчальними онлайн-ресурсами та вимоги до них; створено вправи на базі різних онлайн-ресурсів для формування іншомовної граматичної компетентності учнів гімназій. Особливу увагу приділено класифікації навчальних онлайн-ресурсів від Організації Об’єднаних Націй з питань освіти, науки і культури UNESCO, на основі якої було розроблено вправи для формування англійськомовної граматичної компетентності учнів гімназій. Найзручнішим серед програмних засобів для створення інтерактивних вправ виявився Wordwall, бо він містить в собі безліч безкоштовних шаблонів та має зручний інструментарій. The work is devoted to the formation of gymnasium students’ English grammar competence by means of online resources. The structure of foreign grammar competence and its means of formation in English classes in gymnasiums are analyzed in the thesis; the concept of online resource and its classifications are characterized; the stages of work with educational online resources and requirements for them are defined; the exercises on the basis of different online resources for the formation of gymnasium students` foreign English grammar competence are created. Special attention is paid to the classification of educational online resources by UNESCO, with reference to which the exercises for the formation of gymnasium students` English grammar competence are designed. Wordwall turned out to be the most practical among software applications for creating interactive exercises because it has a lot of free templates and an easy-to-use range of tools.Item ВИКОРИСТАННЯ РІЗНИХ ВИДІВ МЕДІА ЯК ЗАСОБІВ АКТИВІЗАЦІЇ ПІЗНАВАЛЬНОГО ІНТЕРЕСУ В УЧНІВ НА УРОКАХ АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВИ В ГІМНАЗІЇ(2021) Стоцький, М. А.Робота присвячена вивченню використанню різних видів медіа як засобів активізації пізнавального інтересу в учнів на уроках англійської мови. У роботі окреслено основні складові активізації пізнавального процесу та її основні підходи; окреслено визначення поняття “медіаресурс” та його види; розкрито поняття та наведено класифікацію медіа ресурсів що використовуються під час навчального процесу; окреслено різновиди, позитивний та негативний вплив спеціалізованих видів медіа як методу активізації пізнавального інтересу учнів. У роботі представлено розроблену систему вправ для активізації пізнавального інтересу учнів 9 та 10 класів шляхом використання різних медіа ресурсів та надано загальні рекомендації щодо їх використання. The work is devoted to the study of the use of different types of media as a means of activating students' cognitive interest on English lessons. Main components of the activation of the cognitive process and its main approaches are presented in the project; the definition of the term “media resource” and its types are outlined; the concept and classification of media resources used during the educational process are revealed; the varieties, positive and negative influence of specialized types of media as a method of activating students' cognitive interest are outlined. A developed system of exercises to enhance the cognitive interest of 9th and 10th-grade students through the use of various media resources is included in the work, as well as general recommendations for their use.Item ФОРМУВАННЯ АНГЛІЙСЬКОМОВНОЇ КОМУНІКАТИВНОЇ КОМПЕТЕНТНОСТІ В ГОВОРІННІ УЧНІВ 8 КЛАСІВ ЗАСОБОМ ДІЛОВОЇ ГРИ(2021) Єременко, А. І.Робота присвячена вивченню формування комунікативної компетентності в говорінні учнів 8 класів засобом ділової гри . У роботі окреслено поняття «комунікативна компетентність» та вимоги до проведення ділової гри на уроках; узагальнено підходи до трактування змісту та структури комунікативної компетентності; розроблено тематику проведення ділової гри на уроках англійської мови. Увагу приділено системі вправ з формуванням у восьмикласників комунікативної компетентності в говорінні засобом ділової гри. The work is devoted to the study of the formation of communicative competence in speaking of 8th grade students by means of a business game. The paper outlines the concept of "communicative competence" and the requirements for conducting a business game in the classroom; generalized approaches to the interpretation of the content and structure of communicative competence; developed the theme of conducting a business game in English lessons. Attention is paid to the system of exercises with the formation of eighth-graders' communicative competence in speaking by means of a business game.Item ВПЛИВ РАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО ХАРЧУВАННЯ ТА КОМПЛЕКСІВ ФІЗИЧНИХ ВПРАВ НА ЗДОРОВ’Я ЛЮДИНИ(2021) Нецвєтаєва, А. Ф.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню впливу раціонального харчування та комплексів фізичних вправ на здоров’я людини. В результаті дослідження розроблено експериментальна методика занять фітнесом та основ раціонального харчування для жінок І зрілого віку з метою зниження жирового компоненту маси тіла нами було застосовано сето-повторний режим тренувань з великою кількість повторень з меншими вагами на снарядах, але з дотриманням силової прогресії. З’ясовано, що застосування програми силового фітнес-тренування та дотримання основ раціонального харчування в експериментальній групі більш суттєво вплинуло на показники соматичного здоров’я жінок І зрілого віку, порівняно з жінками контрольної групи, де позитивні зрушення спостерігалися не так чітко. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the impact of nutrition and exercise on human health. As a result of the study, we developed an experimental method of fitness and the basics of nutrition for women and adults in order to reduce the fat component of body weight, we used a set-repeat training regime with a large number of repetitions with less weight on the shells, but with force progression. It was found that the use of strength fitness training and adherence to the basics of nutrition in the experimental group had a more significant effect on the somatic health of women and adulthood, compared with women in the control group, where positive changes were not so clear.Item РОЗВИТОК КОМУНІКАТИВНО-МОВЛЕННЄВИХ УМІНЬ МОЛОДШИХ ШКОЛЯРІВ ПІД ЧАС ВИВЧЕННЯ ТЕМИ «ПРИКМЕТНИК»(2021) Теленик, О. The work is devoted to the problem of development of communicative and speech skills of primary school students during the study of the adjective. The work is devoted to the method of teaching students by listening in the 9th grade of secondary schools on the basis of Web-technologies. The object of research is the development of dialogic speech of 8th grade students in Ukrainian language lessons. The subject of the research is the method of forming dialogic language and creating situational exercises for forming the culture of dialogic speech of 8th grade students.
