Qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical foundations of the organization of wages at the enterprise. The paper identifies the practical use of wages at the enterprise and explores areas for improvement. The main principles of formation of the system of payment at the enterprises and expediency of their use for improvement of organizational policy of the enterprise are considered.
