Item СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ РОЗВИТКОМ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННОЇ ІНДУСТРІЇ В УМОВАХ ПАНДЕМІЇ(2021) Решетило, А. А.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена управлінню розвитком готельно-ресторанної індустрії в умовах пандемії в Україні та світі. У роботі використано наступні методи: аналіз джерел даних та інформації, методи синтезу інформації, методи досліджень наукових даних, методи експериментальних досліджень, методи обробки статистичних даних, методи збору інформації, методи обробки інформації. Оцінка розвитку та інновацій в оформленні готельно-ресторанних підприємствах в 2021 році. Проведено аналіз зміни та заходів для запобігання поширення пандемії в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі. У ході роботи та одержаних результатів було проведено дослідження процесу стратегічного управління розвитком готельно-ресторанної індустрії в умовах пандемії Covid-19. Qualification work is devoted to managing the development of the hotel and restaurant industry in a pandemic in Ukraine and around the world. The following methods are used in the work: analysis of data sources and information, methods of information synthesis, research methods of scientific data, methods of experimental research, methods of statistical data processing, information collection methods, information processing methods. Assessment of development and innovation in the design of hotel and restaurant enterprises in 2021. An analysis of changes and measures to prevent the spread of the pandemic in the hotel and restaurant business. In the course of the work and the obtained results, a study of the process of strategic management of the hotel and restaurant industry in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic was conducted.Item ТУРИСТИЧНА ГАЛУЗЬ В КОНТЕКСТІ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕПІДЕМІЧНИХ РИЗИКІВ(2021) Дяченко, О. У роботі використано наступні методи: дослідження наукових даних, збору інформації, обробка інформації, експериментальні дослідження, метод синтезу інформації, аналіз джерел даних та інформації, обробка синтезу інформації. Оцінка стимулювання економіки і зайнятості в туристичній індустрії країн світу в умовах кризи. У ході роботи було досліджено застосування інноваційних технологій для впровадження нових вимог безпеки в туристичній галузі та провадження діджитал-обслуговування в роботі туристичних підприємств. In the course of the work the application of innovative technologies for the introduction of new safety requirements in the tourism industry and the implementation of digital services in the work of tourism enterprises was studied.Item Особливості розвитку готельної галузі в Херсонській області в умовах пандемії(2020) Тімощук, А. С.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра розглядається актуальна в наш час проблема діяльності готельно-ресторанних підприємств в умовах пандемії. У роботі було розглянуто стан готельного господарства України та вплив пандемії на всю сферу гостинності, а також норми, яких повинні дотримуватись підприємства задля того, щоб мати можливість працювати та надавати послуги гостям. Була надана основна характеристика готелю «Мускат», проаналізовано основні показники діяльності готельно-ресторанного комплексу, а також дотримання санітарних норм на підприємстві. За результатами дослідження було запропоновано впровадити додаткові ефективні методи функціонування готелю «Мускат» в умовах пандемії. The qualification work for the master's degree considers the current problem of hotel and restaurant industry in a pandemic. The paper considers the state of the hotel industry in Ukraine and the impact of the pandemic on the entire hospitality sector, as well as the rules that companies must comply in order to be able to work and provide services to guests. The main characteristics of the Muscat Hotel were provided, the main indicators of the hotel and restaurant complex were analyzed, as well as the observance of sanitary norms at the enterprise. According to the results of the study, it was proposed to introduce additional effective methods of operation of the Muscat Hotel in a pandemic.
