І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу організації ефективного управління у сфері ресторанного бізнесу на прикладі ресторану «Терраса». Проаналізовано ключові аспекти управління, включаючи планування, контроль якості, мотивацію персоналу та оптимізацію бізнес-процесів. Особливо увага приділена формуванню клієнтоорієнтованої стратегії та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності закладу. Розглянуто роль інноваційних підходів у підвищенні ефективності роботи ресторану. На основі отриманих даних розроблено практичні рекомендації для покращення управлінських рішень. Висновки підкреслюють важливість системного підходу та гнучкості в управлінні. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of organizing effective management in the restaurant business using the example of the restaurant "Terrasa". Key aspects of management are analyzed, including planning, quality control, staff motivation and optimization of business processes. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a customer-oriented strategy and increasing the competitiveness of the institution. The role of innovative approaches in increasing the efficiency of the restaurant's work is considered. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations for improving management decisions are developed. The conclusions emphasize the importance of a systematic approach and flexibility in management.Item СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ РОЗВИТКОМ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННОЇ ІНДУСТРІЇ В УМОВАХ ПАНДЕМІЇ(2021) Решетило, А. А.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена управлінню розвитком готельно-ресторанної індустрії в умовах пандемії в Україні та світі. У роботі використано наступні методи: аналіз джерел даних та інформації, методи синтезу інформації, методи досліджень наукових даних, методи експериментальних досліджень, методи обробки статистичних даних, методи збору інформації, методи обробки інформації. Оцінка розвитку та інновацій в оформленні готельно-ресторанних підприємствах в 2021 році. Проведено аналіз зміни та заходів для запобігання поширення пандемії в готельно-ресторанному бізнесі. У ході роботи та одержаних результатів було проведено дослідження процесу стратегічного управління розвитком готельно-ресторанної індустрії в умовах пандемії Covid-19. Qualification work is devoted to managing the development of the hotel and restaurant industry in a pandemic in Ukraine and around the world. The following methods are used in the work: analysis of data sources and information, methods of information synthesis, research methods of scientific data, methods of experimental research, methods of statistical data processing, information collection methods, information processing methods. Assessment of development and innovation in the design of hotel and restaurant enterprises in 2021. An analysis of changes and measures to prevent the spread of the pandemic in the hotel and restaurant business. In the course of the work and the obtained results, a study of the process of strategic management of the hotel and restaurant industry in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic was conducted.
