    ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ АДАПТАЦІЙНИХ СТРАТЕГІЙ ДЛЯ ПІДТРИМКИ МАЛОГО БІЗНЕСУ В УКРАЇНІ ПІД ЧАС ВІЙНИ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню адаптаційних стратегій малого бізнесу в Україні в умовах воєнного стану. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи функціонування малого підприємництва, а також проаналізовано ключові виклики, з якими стикаються малі підприємства під впливом війни. Проведено аналіз державної політики підтримки малого бізнесу, включаючи податкові послаблення, пільгові кредитні програми та ініціативи на місцевому рівні. Особливу увагу приділено сучасним підходам до підвищення стійкості бізнесу, зокрема цифровій трансформації, диверсифікації діяльності, гнучкому стратегічному плануванню. У результаті дослідження сформульовано комплекс практичних рекомендацій, які можуть бути застосовані для підвищення адаптивності малого бізнесу в умовах невизначеності та високих ризиків. The qualification paper focuses on the adaptation strategies of small businesses in Ukraine under martial law. The study explores the theoretical framework of small business operations and identifies the major challenges caused by the war. It also examines government support mechanisms, including tax relief, preferential loans, and regional initiatives. Particular attention is given to modern approaches that strengthen business resilience, including digital transformation, diversification, and flexible strategic planning. Based on the research findings, the paper proposes a set of practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the adaptability of small enterprises in conditions of uncertainty and high risk.

    Визначено сутність та критерії конкурентоспроможності товару. Виявлено основні принципи оцінювання конкурентоспроможності продукції. Досліджено сучасні методи оцінювання конкурентоспроможності продукції. Досліджено специфіку господарської діяльності ПрАТ «Каховський завод електрозварювального устаткування». Проаналізовано фінансову стійкість господарської діяльності підприємства. Проведено оцінювання рівня конкурентоспроможності продукції підприємства. Запропоновано обґрунтовану методику оцінювання конкурентоспроможності продукції підприємства. The essence and criteria of product competitiveness are determined. The basic principles of product competitiveness assessment are revealed. Modern methods of assessing the competitiveness of products are studied. The specifics of economic activity of PJSC "Kakhovka plant of electric welding equipment" are investigated. The financial stability of economic activity of the enterprise is analyzed. The level of competitiveness of the enterprise's products was assessed. A substantiated method of assessing the competitiveness of enterprise products is proposed.

    Робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних аспектів управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства. В роботі розкрита економічна сутність фінансової стійкості підприємства; досліджена мета та алгоритм управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства; здійснена оцінка факторів макро- та мікросередовища, що впливають на фінансову стійкість підприємства; розглянуті методичні підходи діагностики, оцінки і прогнозування фінансової стійкості підприємства; проведено фінансово-економічну діагностику діяльності підприємства; здійснено комплексну оцінку фінансового стану господарства. The work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of managing the financial stability of the enterprise. The paper reveals the economic essence of the financial stability of the enterprise; the purpose and algorithm of management of financial stability of the enterprise are investigated; assessment of macro- and micro-environment factors influencing the financial stability of the enterprise; methodical approaches of diagnostics, estimation and forecasting of financial stability of the enterprise are considered; financial and economic diagnostics of the enterprise activity was carried out; a comprehensive assessment of the financial condition of the economy.
