В.В роботі досліджено особливості організаційної культури підприємства в сфері інформаційних послуг, виявленні тенденцій її розвитку в сучасних умовах та удосконаленні методичного підходу до оцінювання рівня розвитку. Водночас проблема впливу міжнародного досвіду на формування корпоративної культури вітчизняних підприємств досі детально не вивчена, що зумовлює актуальність подальших досліджень у цій сфері. The article studies the peculiarities of organizational culture in an information services enterprise, identifies trends in its development in contemporary conditions, and enhances the methodological approach to assessing the level of its development. At the same time, the issue of the influence of international experience on shaping the corporate culture of domestic enterprises has not been thoroughly examined, which necessitates further research in this field.Item ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ВПЛИВУ ТРУДОВОЇ МІГРАЦІЇ НА ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЮ ЕКОНОМІКИ ТА СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ СФЕРИ УКРАЇНИ(2023) Пащенко, М. С.В роботі досліджено вплив трудової міграції на економіку та соціальну сферу України. Подано висновки про складність та багатогранність міграційного явища. Описано види міжнародної трудової міграції та їх вплив на економіку. Наведено методичні засади аналізу трудової міграції. Розглянуто причини трудової міграції та оцінено масштаби цього явища в Україні. Визначено соціально-економічні наслідки міграційних процесів. Запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення міграційної політики в Україні. The paper examines the impact of labor migration on the economy and social sphere of Ukraine. Conclusions about the complexity and multifacetedness of the migration phenomenon are presented. Types of international labor migration and their impact on the economy are described. Methodological principles of labor migration analysis are given. The causes of labor migration were considered and the scope of this phenomenon in Ukraine was assessed. The socio-economic consequences of migration processes are defined. Ways to improve the migration policy in Ukraine are proposed.Item БАНКІВСЬКЕ КРЕДИТУВАННЯ ФІЗИЧНИХ ОСІБ В УКРАЇНІ: СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ(2023) Слідзінський, О. П.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню банківського кредитування фізичних осіб в Україні: сучасному стану та перспективи розвитку. Зростання споживчого кредиту в нашій країні за останнє десятиліття стало важливим чинником розвитку фінансового ринку та всієї економіки. Але, на жаль, це було надто швидко і недостатньо контрольовано, що посилювало дисбаланс на товарних і кредитних ринках, що, у свою чергу, призводило до збільшення ризиків. Розвиток сучасного банківського ринку супроводжується високою конкуренцією між банківськими фінансовими установами, ускладненням і дерегуляцією структур фінансового ринку, змінами в кредитних організаціях. Проте, великі обсяги споживчого кредиту ще не готові до серйозних соціально-економічних перетворень, а надмірна активність банківських установ у сфері кредитування фізичних осіб посилює загрозу стабільності окремих банків і банківської системи в цілому. Тому, подальший розвиток та ефективне функціонування споживчого кредитування з мінімальними ризиками буде неможливим без впровадження нових підходів до регулювання. Комплексна розробка теоретичних і практичних питань, що розкривають специфіку регулювання споживчого кредиту, є важливою та актуальною проблемою, яка стоїть перед сучасною українською банківською сферою. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of bank lending to individuals in Ukraine: the current state and prospects for development. The growth of consumer credit in our country over the last decade has become an important factor in the development of the financial market and the entire economy. But unfortunately, it was too fast and not controlled enough, which exacerbated imbalances in commodity and credit markets, which in turn led to increased risks. The development of the modern banking market is accompanied by high competition between banking and financial institutions, the complication and deregulation of financial market structures, and changes in credit organizations. However, large amounts of consumer credit are not yet ready for serious socio-economic transformations, and the excessive activity of banking institutions in the field of lending to individuals increases the threat to the stability of individual banks and the banking system as a whole. Therefore, further development and effective functioning of consumer lending with minimal risks will be impossible without the introduction of new approaches to regulation. Comprehensive development of theoretical and practical issues that reveal the specifics of consumer credit regulation is an important and urgent problem facing the modern Ukrainian banking sector.Item АНАЛІЗ ЙМОВІРНОСТІ БАНКРУТСТВА ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В УМОВАХ КРАЇНИ(2023) Мороз, В. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу ймовірності банкрутства в умовах країни. Робота включає дослідження теоретичних основ і практичних аспектів, пов'язаних з банкрутством, а також проведення аналізу стану фінансово-економічних показників країни та їх впливу на ризики банкрутства. В роботі розглядаються фактори, що сприяють зростанню ймовірності банкрутства, такі як економічна нестабільність, зовнішні шоки, недоліки управління та інші. Додатково проводиться аналіз заходів, що можуть зменшити ризики банкрутства, таких як фінансовий моніторинг, розробка стратегій фінансового управління та інші. Результати аналізу сприятимуть зрозумінню проблеми ймовірності банкрутства та розробці ефективних стратегій її запобігання. The qualification work is dedicated to the analysis of bankruptcy probability in the country's conditions. The work includes research on theoretical foundations and practical aspects related to bankruptcy, as well as an analysis of the country's financial and economic indicators and their impact on bankruptcy risks. The work examines factors that contribute to an increased probability of bankruptcy, such as economic instability, external shocks, management deficiencies, and others. Additionally, an analysis of measures that can reduce bankruptcy risks is conducted, such as financial monitoring, development of financial management strategies, and others. The results of the analysis will contribute to understanding the issue of bankruptcy probability and the development of effective prevention strategies.Item ФЕРМЕРСЬКІ ГОСПОДАРСТВА В УКРАЇНІ:ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ(2023) Дяченко, Є. В.Об’єктом дослідження є порядок формування методичних рекомендацій для ефективного контролю за господарською діяльністю системи сільськогосподарського виробництва сільськогосподарської організації. Предмет дослідження – теоретико-методологічні засади управління виробництвом в аграрному бізнесі. Для проведення цього дослідження було використано комбінацію аналітико-логічних, монографічних та статистичних методів, включаючи факторний аналіз, кореляційно-регресійний аналіз та стратегічний аналіз. Крім того, використовувалися методи математичної оптимізації та економіко-математичного моделювання. Мета – отримати глибше розуміння того, як ефективно управляти виробництвом на сільськогосподарському підприємстві The object of the study is the procedure for the formation of methodological recommendations for effective control over the economic activity of the agricultural production system of an agricultural organization. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological principles of production management in agrarian business. A combination of analytic, monographic, and statistical methods, including factor analysis, correlation-regression analysis, and strategic analysis, was used to conduct this study. In addition, methods of mathematical optimization and economic-mathematical modeling were used. The goal is to gain a deeper understanding of how to effectively manage production at an agricultural enterprise
