    СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПІДПРИЄМСТВОМ НА ОСНОВІ ПРОЄКТНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ

    В роботі проаналізовано можливості застосування методів проєктного менеджменту для цілей стратегічного планування підприємств. Розроблено методичні основи формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, а саме: уявлення стратегії підприємства в якості системи, формування її змістовної моделі та уточнення поняття «стратегія підприємства»; розробка логічної структури стратегії підприємства на основі проєктного менеджменту; визначення змінних і параметрів системи «стратегія підприємства». Запропонована методика формування стратегії підприємства на принципах проєктного менеджменту, що включає: порядок проведення «SWOT-аналізу» і визначення стратегічних цілей функціональних областей. The paper analyzes the possibilities of applying project management methods for the purposes of strategic planning of enterprises. Methodical bases of enterprise strategy formation on the principles of project management are developed, namely: representation of the enterprise strategy as system, formation of its substantial model and specification of concept "strategy of the enterprise"; development of logical structure of enterprise strategy on the basis of project management; determination of variables and parameters of the "enterprise strategy" system. The method of strategy formation of the enterprise on principles of project management is offered, including: the order of carrying out "SWOT-analysis" and definition of the functional areas strategic purposes.

    Визначено особливості проєктування у сфері реалізації державної політики. Досліджено міжнародний та вітчизняний досвід управління проєктами. Узагальнено пропозиції щодо формування сприятливого інвестиційного та бізнесового клімату як основи впровадження проєктів. Проаналізовано специфіку господарської діяльності станції Миколаїв-Вантажний Дирекції залізничних перевезень з організації взаємодії портів та припортових станцій Одеської залізниці. Проаналізовано якісні показники використання рухомого складу. Проаналізовано рівень забезпеченості станції трудовими ресурсами. Визначено основні напрями підвищення ефективності діяльності залізничних підприємств. Розроблено ефективну модель оцінювання та стимулювання персоналу. Peculiarities of design in the field of state policy implementation are determined. International and domestic experience of project management is studied. Proposals for the formation of a favorable investment and business climate as a basis for project implementation are summarized. The specifics of economic activity of Mykolayiv-Freight station of the Directorate of Railway Transportation on the organization of interaction of ports and port stations of Odessa railway are analyzed. Qualitative indicators of rolling stock use are analyzed. The level of labor supply of the station is analyzed. The main directions of increasing the efficiency of railway enterprises are identified. An effective model of staff evaluation and incentives has been developed.
