УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ТЕХНІЧНИХ ДІЙ ГАНДБОЛІСТОК ВИСОКОГО КЛАСУ

Abstract

Робота присвячена вивченню системи підготовки гандболісток високого класу на підготовчому етапі. При її виконанні теоретично розкрито зміст змагальної діяльності спортсменок, визначені основні напрямки спортивного вдосконалення на етапі максимальної реалізації індивідуальних можливостей та узагальнені засоби та методи вдосконалення технічної майстерності. Під час виконання експериментальної частини роботи проведений ретельний аналіз змісту тренувальної роботи гандболісток з жіночого гандбольного клубу “Бяла” (Болгарія) та експериментально доведена ефективність її виконання. За допомогою методів математичної статистики визначена достовірність розходження результатів між різними зрізами підготовленості гравців різного ігрового амплуа. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає в можливості застосування використаних методик в системі підготовки українських гандбольних клубів з гандболістками різної спортивної кваліфікації. The work is devoted to the study of the training system of high-class handball players at the preparatory stage. During its implementation, the content of the competitive activity of female athletes was theoretically revealed, the main directions of sports improvement at the stage of maximum realization of individual capabilities were determined, and the means and methods of improving technical skills were generalized. During the implementation of the experimental part of the work, a thorough analysis of the content of the training work of handball players from the women's handball club "Byala" (Bulgaria) was carried out and the effectiveness of its implementation was experimentally proven. Using the methods of mathematical statistics, the reliability of the difference in results between different sections of the preparedness of players of different playing roles was determined. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the possibility of applying the used methods in the training system of Ukrainian handball clubs with female handball players of various sports qualifications.
