В.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджується проблема розвитку емпатійних здібностей майбутніх психологів у процесі професійної підготовки. Проаналізовано теоретичні підходи до розуміння феномену емпатії, її структуру та чинники розвитку. Проведено емпіричне дослідження рівня сформованості емпатійних здібностей студентів-психологів та перевірено ефективність тренінгової програми, спрямованої на розвиток емоційної компетентності й здатності до емоційного резонансу. Результати доводять, що застосування тренінгових технологій сприяє підвищенню рівня емпатії та емоційного інтелекту студентів, формуванню професійно важливих якостей майбутнього фахівця. The qualification paper examines the development of empathic abilities of future psychologists in the process of professional training. Theoretical approaches to understanding the phenomenon of empathy, its structure, and development factors are analyzed. An empirical study of the level of empathic abilities among psychology students was conducted, and the effectiveness of a training program aimed at enhancing emotional competence and emotional resonance was tested. The results demonstrate that the use of training technologies contributes to an increased level of empathy and emotional intelligence, fostering the development of professionally important qualities of future psychologists.
