Item ВПЛИВ ЗДОРОВОГО СПОСОБУ ЖИТТЯ НА ФІЗИЧНИЙ СТАН СТУДЕНТІВ В УМОВАХ ДОВГОТРИВАЛОГО СТРЕСУ(2024) Путяров, Д. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення впливу здорового способу життя на фізичний стан студентів в умовах довготривалого стресу. Описовий аналіз фізичного, психічного стану, фізичної підготовленості, юнаків-студентів 22 років виявив ряд відхилень: надмірна маса тіла, перенапружена серцево-судинна система, значний довготривалий емоційний стрес. Аналіз способу життя юнаків-студентів також мав ряд відхилень у фізичній активності, харчуванні, режимі відпочинку. Розроблені методичні рекомендації впроваджувались у спосіб життя юнаків-студентів експериментальної групи протягом наступних чотирьох місяців експерименту. Отримані результати останнього експерименту засвідчили дієвість і ефективність розробленої нами методики корекції способу життя юнаків студентів. Фізичний стан юнаків став кращим по більшості показників. Фізична підготовка достовірно зросла у порівнянні з експериментальною групою. Спосіб життя студентів по більшості показників також оптимізувався. Також, у них значно знизився рівень емоційного стресу. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the influence of a healthy lifestyle on the physical condition of students under conditions of long-term stress. A descriptive analysis of the physical, mental state, physical fitness of 22-year-old male students revealed a number of deviations: excess body weight, overstrained cardiovascular system, significant long-term emotional stress. Analysis of the lifestyle of the male students also had a number of deviations in physical activity, nutrition, and rest regimen. The developed methodological recommendations were implemented in the lifestyle of the male students of the experimental group during the next four months of the experiment. The results of the last experiment demonstrated the effectiveness and efficiency of the method developed by us for correcting the lifestyle of the male students. The physical condition of the young men became better in most indicators. Physical fitness significantly increased compared to the experimental group. The lifestyle of the students was also optimized in most indicators. Also, their level of emotional stress significantly decreased.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ФІЗИЧНОГО СТАНУ ЖІНОК ЗАЛЕЖНО ВІД СПОСОБУ ЖИТТЯ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННОГО ЧАСУ(2024) Фіщенко, В. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення особливості фізичного стану жінок залежно від способу життя в умовах воєнного часу. Внутрішньо переміщені жінки відчувають підвищений рівень тривожності, знижену адаптаційну здатність, що має негативний вплив на їхнє фізичне здоров'я. Аналіз фізичного стану жінок показав відхилення у вазі та роботі серцево-судинної системи, що підтверджувалося збільшенням частоти серцевих скорочень та артеріальної гіпертензії під час фізичних навантажень. Дослідження щодо способу життя виявив недостатню фізичну активність, яка важлива для жінок для підтримання фізичного стану. Спостерігаються порушення в харчуванні та водному балансі. Розроблені рекомендації стосуються збільшенням рівня фізичної активності, корекції харчових звичок і регулярне проведення заходів для зниження рівня стресу.The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the peculiarities of the physical condition of women depending on their lifestyle in wartime conditions. Internally displaced women experience an increased level of anxiety, reduced adaptive capacity, which has a negative impact on their physical health. Analysis of the physical condition of women showed deviations in weight and cardiovascular system, which was confirmed by an increase in heart rate and arterial hypertension during physical exertion. A study of lifestyle revealed insufficient physical activity, which is important for women to maintain physical condition. There are disturbances in nutrition and water balance. The developed recommendations relate to increasing the level of physical activity, correcting eating habits and regularly carrying out measures to reduce stress levels.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ЯКОСТІ ЖИТТЯ ЛЮДЕЙ ЗРІЛОГО ВІКУ ПРИФРОНТОВИХ ТЕРИТОРІЙ(2024) Амізян, А. А.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення особливості якості життя людей зрілого віку прифронтових територій. Аналіз якості життя людей із прифронтових територій. Аналіз фізичного, психічного стану, чоловіків і жінок зрілого віку виявив ряд відхилень у масі тіла, у стані серцево-судинної системи, у ситуативній та особистісній тривожності. Аналіз способу життя чоловіків і жінок що проживають на прифронтових територіях мав ряд відхилень у фізичній активності, харчуванні, режимі відпочинку. Особливості узагальнених методик корекції способу життя чоловіків і жінок стосувались фізичної активності, споживання деяких груп продуктів та деяких факторів режиму відпочинку. Отримані результати експериментальної групи показали приріст на 25-30 %, засвідчили дієвість і ефективність розробленої методики. М.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення фізичної активності високої інтенсивності чоловіків у профілактиці стресу. Результати дослідження психічного стану чоловіків обох вікових категорій виявив хронічний емоційний стрес високого та середнього рівнів. Дослідження фізичного стану чоловіків обох вікових категорій виявив ряд відхилень у масі тіла, та у стані серцево-судинної системи. Аналіз кореляційного взаємозв’язку фізичної активності із рівнем стресу в організмі чоловіків обох груп підтвердив фізіологічні та біохімічні зв’язки. Та дав можливість підбору оптимальної методики для збільшення фізичної активності високої інтенсивності у чоловіків. Рекомендована методика збільшення фізичної активності дозволила подвоїти фізичну активність високої інтенсивності у групі чоловіків 20-35 років та достовірно збільшити у групі 36-50 років. У результаті збільшення фізичної активності високої інтенсивності у чоловіків обох вікових категорій достовірно знизився рівень хронічного стресу. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying high-intensity physical activity of men in the prevention of stress. The results of the study of the mental state of men of both age categories revealed chronic emotional stress of high and medium levels. The study of the physical state of men of both age categories revealed a number of deviations in body weight and in the state of the cardiovascular system. Analysis of the correlation between physical activity and the level of stress in the body of men of both groups confirmed physiological and biochemical relationships. And made it possible to select the optimal method for increasing high-intensity physical activity in men. The recommended method of increasing physical activity allowed to double high-intensity physical activity in the group of men 20-35 years old and significantly increase it in the group of 36-50 years old. As a result of increasing high-intensity physical activity in men of both age categories, the level of chronic stress significantly decreased.
