Магістерська робота присвячена
дослідженню питань змін біохімічних показників крові у період втоми та під
час мʼязової роботи. Для успішного досягнення поставленої мети була
опрацьована наукова література та проведене дослідження, котре допомагає
зрозуміти біохімічні процеси крові при фізичному навантаженні та втомі. За
допомогою отриманих показників можна коригувати систему тренувать,
регулювати її інтенсивність та запобігти перевтомі організму. / The Master's
thesis is dedicated to researching the changes in biochemical blood indicators
during fatigue and muscle work. In order to successfully achieve the goal,
scientific literature was studied and research was conducted to help understand the
biochemical processes of the blood during physical exertion and fatigue. With the
help of the obtained indicators, it is possible to adjust and regulate the intensity of
the training system and prevent overexertion of the body.
