Item ОКАЗІОНАЛІЗМИ У ТЕКСТАХ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ПОСТМОДЕРНОЇ ПРОЗИ: СТРУКТУРА, СЕМАНТИКА, ФУНКЦІЙНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ(2023) Нагорна, Ю. О.У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлено функційно-стилістичні особливості індивідуально-авторських новотворів української постмодерної прози. Розглянуто активні процеси збагачення й оновлення словникового складу мови письменниками-постмодерністами за допомогою оказіональної лексики та актуальні питання, пов’язані з традицією вивчення оказіональних слів. Окреслено такі функції неолексем, як власне номінативна, оцінна, номінативно-оцінна, експресивна, стилістична, дескриптивна та креативна. Висвітлено тенденції до переномінації письменниками-постмодерністами вже названих предметів, явищ, понять, яка створюється задля підсилювально-впливового ефекту на читача, таким чином спонукаючи його до роздумів, пошуків ширшого значення слова. Значну увагу приділено використанню письменниками зазначеного періоду комічних елементів, зокрема індивідуально-авторській іронії. Описано випадки, коли стилістичні функції оказіональних слів виступають складниками таких тропів, як епітет, метафора, гіпербола, персоніфікація тощо. Проаналізовано морфологійні та неморфологійні способи творення оказіоналізмів. Визначено найпродуктивніші з них. Наголошено на виникненні оказіональних лексичних одиниць у свідомості письменників як суперечностей між нормою, яка є відображенням об'єктивно існуючої природи мови, її кодифікацією та усвідомленою необхідністю, відображеною в лінгвістичній свідомості носіїв мови. Підкреслено унікальність та неповторність кожного оказіонального утворення, адже їх створюють автори для позначення конкретної ситуації, вони функціюють тільки у відповідному контексті та зосереджені не на існуючих правилах для всіх, хто ними користується, а лише на умінні індивіда послуговуватися можливостями, що відображені у системі мови. Обгрунтовано думку про те, що в українських постмодерних прозових текстах оказіоналізми – одна із домінантних ознак, за допомогою якої письменникам відповідного періоду вдалося створити свій неповторний стиль / The qualifying work highlights functional and stylistic specific features of individual author’s new forms in the texts of Ukrainian postmodern prose. Active processes are being analyzed concerning the enrichment and renovation of the vocabulary by postmodernist writers with the help of occasional lexis and the article is focused on the current issues connected with the tradition of studying occasional words. Such functions of neolexemes as nominative proper, evaluative, nominative-evaluative, expressive, stylistic, descriptive and creative are defined. The tendency to renominate the already named objects and phenomena by writers-postmodernists is singled out. It is done with the purpose of creating a reinforcing and influential effect upon the reader, thus encouraging them to thinking and searching for a broader meaning of the word. Great attention is paid to the usage of comic elements, namely individual author’s irony, by the writers of this period. The cases, when stylistic functions of occasional words are treated as components of such tropes as epithet, metaphor, hyperbole, personification etc., are described. Morphological and non-morphological ways of creating occasionalisms are analysed. The most productive of them are defined and singled out. The stress is made upon the appearance of occasional lexical units in the writers’ consciousness as of contradictions between the norm that is a reflection of objectively existing nature of the language, its codification and realized necessity that is reflected in the linguistic consciousness of the native speakers. The uniqueness and exclusivity of every occasional form is underlined as the authors create them to define a certain situation and they function only in the definite context being concentrated not on the regular rules that exist for everybody who uses them but exclusively on the skills of an individual to use the abilities possessed by the language system. The article justifies the opinion that in Ukrainian postmodern prose texts occasionalisms are one of the dominant signs with the help of which the writers of the certain period were able to create their unique styleItem СЕМАНТИКА ГІПЕРБОЛІЧНИХ ТРОПІВ У СУЧАСНІЙ АНГЛІЙСЬКОМОВНІЙ ПРОЗІ. ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПЕРЕКЛАДУ(2020) Алєйнік, А. О.Магістерська робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновку та списку використаної літератури. У вступі розкривається актуальність вибраної теми, зазначається мета, об’єкт і предмет дослідження, а також описуються методи, які використовувалися при написанні роботи. У першому розділі розглядається лінгвостилістичне явище «гіперболізації» в сучасній філології. Ефект «надмірності», «перебільшення» які є доволі частими супутниками художньої прози, часто застосовується при перекладі англійськомовної прози, зокрема, і допомагає зробити адекватний переклад зі збереженням своєрідності оригінального тексту. Другий розділ присвячено вивченню функціонування гіперболи в англійськомовній художній прозі, адже художнє перебільшення є загальною особливістю мистецтва та літератури. Наводяться приклади використання гіперболи, а також взаємодії гіперболи з іншими стилістичними прийомами. У третьому розділі вивчаються труднощі передачі стилістичних тропів в художній прозі, а також проводиться аналіз шляхів перекладу та особливості відтворення гіперболи та літоти на прикладі англійськомовного кіносценарію «Шерлок». У висновках узагальнюється виконана робота. Магістерська робота має 45 сторінок, для написання якої було використано 52 джерела інформації. Мaster’s work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and list of used literature. The introduction reveals the relevant of the chosen topic, indicates the purpose, object and subject of the study, as well as describes the methods that were used during the writing of the work. The first chapter considers the linguostilistic phenomenon of “hyperbole” in modern philology. Effect of “excess”, “exaggeration”, which are quite frequent satellites of art prose, it is often applied when translating English-language prose, in particular, and helps to make adequate translation with preservation of an originality of the original text. The second chapter is devoted to the study of the functioning of hyperbole in English-language prose, because artistic exaggeration is a common feature of art and literature. Examples of the use of hyperbole are provided, as well as the interaction of hyperbole with other stylistic methods. The third chapter examines the difficulties of transmitting stylistic tropes in artistic prose, also were analyzed translation paths and features of reproducing hyperbole and litotes using the example of the English-language film script “Sherlock”. The conclusion summarize the work which were done. Master’s work has 45 paged, for the writing of which 52 sources of information were used.
