The state of the problem in the pedagogical literature is studied in the work and the essence of basic concepts of research is revealed. Criteria, indicators and levels of formation of motivation of learning of junior schoolchildren are defined. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of learning motivation of junior schoolchildren by means of information and communication technologies are theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested.
