    У кваліфікаційній роботі здійснено аналіз понять «вища освіта», працевлаштування»; розглянуто основні концепції працевлаштування; проаналізовано освітні моделі взаємодії вищої освіти й працевлаштування. У проведеному автором соціологічному дослідженні виявлено думку сучасного студентства щодо здобуття вищої освіти та перспектив їхнього працевлаштування. In the qualification work the analysis of the concepts "higher education", "employment" is carried out; the basic concepts of employment are considered; educational models of interaction of higher education and employment are analyzed. The author's sociological research revealed the opinion of modern students about obtaining higher education and the prospects of their employment.

    ДОЗВІЛЛЄВІ ПРАКТИКИ СУЧАСНИХ СТУДЕНТІВ: СОЦІОЛОГІЧНИЙ ВИМІР

    У кваліфікаційній роботі охарактеризовано особливості студентства як соціальної групи; розкрито соціально-культурну цінність дозвілля; проаналізовано дозвіллєву діяльність студентів Херсонського державного університету. Автором проведено емпіричне дослідження найпоширеніших дозвіллєвих практик студентів Херсонського державного університету та розроблено рекомендації щодо організації дозвілля сучасного студентства. Іn the qualification work the peculiarities of students as a social group are characterized; the socio-cultural value of leisure is revealed; leisure activities of students of Kherson State University are analyzed. The author conducted an empirical study of the most common leisure practices of students of Kherson State University and developed recommendations for the organization of leisure for modern students.

    СИСТЕМА ЗАЙНЯТОСТІ В УКРАЇНІ: ГЕНДЕРНИЙ АСПЕКТ

    Роботу присвячено гендерному аспекту в системі зайнятості в сучасній Україні. Розглянуто зайнятість як соціально-економічну категорію. Досліджено проблему зайнятості населення в сучасній Україні з урахуванням гендерного аспекту. Розглянуто гендерну проблематику в сучасному українському суспільстві. Досліджено гендерну політику на сучасному ринку праці в Україні. Проаналізовано гендерні особливості на ринку зайнятості міста Херсона. Зроблено висновок про те, що проблема гендерного диспаритету на ринку праці є проблемою цілісного ставлення суспільства до людини в просторі матеріально-духовного виробництва. Work is devoted to gender aspect in the system of employment in modern Ukraine. Employment as socio-economic category is considered. The problem of employment of population in modern Ukraine is investigated, taking into account gender aspect. Gender problematics in modern Ukrainian society are considered. Gender policy is investigated in the modern labour market in Ukraine. Gender peculiarities in the employment market of Kherson are analyzed. It is concluded that the problem of gender of the labour market's disparity is the problem of the society's holistic attitude to human in the space of material and spiritual production.

    У кваліфікаційній роботі розкриваються явища зайнятості населення та безробіття. Окреслено соціальну політику України у сфері зайнятості. Розкрито принципи та технології соціальної роботи з безробітними. Надано характеристику діяльності Державної служби зайнятості. Проаналізовано інноваційні технології соціальної роботи у сфері зайнятості: технологію профілювання безробітного населення та одну із технологій працевлаштування молоді в Україні. In qualification work, the phenomena of employment and unemployment are disclosed. The social policy of Ukraine in the sphere of employment is revealed. The principles and technologies of social work with the unemployed are revealed. The activity of the State Employment Service is described. Innovative technologies of social work in the sphere of employment are analyzed: the technology of profiling the unemployed population and one of the technologies of youth employment in Ukraine.
