П.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню фізичної підготовленості працівників поліції підрозділів особливого призначення України. Розробка експериментальної програми в рамках дослідження ґрунтувалася на вимогах нормативних документів Національної поліції України й на проведеному опитуванні бійців спецпідрозділу. Ефект експериментальної програми був виявлений із дотриманням вікових нормативних вимог. За результатами дослідження, в експериментальній групі відбулися достовірні зрушення в показниках сили, швидкісно-силових здібностей і витривалості. Отриманий результат дає підстави рекомендувати систематичний і планомірний підхід щодо фізичної підготовки працівників поліції особливого призначення Україні, особливо старших вікових категорійних груп. The qualification work is devoted to the study of physical fitness of police officers of special units of Ukraine. The development of the experimental program within the framework of the research was based on the requirements of the normative documents of the National Police of Ukraine and on the conducted survey of the soldiers of the special unit. The effect of the experimental program was detected in compliance with age regulations. According to the results of the study, in the experimental group there were significant changes in strength, speed and strength and endurance. The obtained result gives grounds to recommend a systematic and systematic approach to the physical training of special police officers in Ukraine, especially older age groups.
