Item ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-МЕТОДИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ РОБОТИ ШКІЛЬНОЇ СЕКЦІЇ З ПЛЯЖНОГО ВОЛЕЙБОЛУ(2020) Боков, А. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей пляжного волейболу в умовах шкільної секції, розвитку технічної та фізичної працездатності волейболістів та встановлення взаємозв’язку між технічною та фізичною підготовкою, також було розроблено методику покращення спеціальних фізичних якостей волейболістів. В результаті дослідження виявлено кореляційні зв’язки між показниками технічної та фізичної підготовленості. Також встановлено, що показники учасників експериментальної групи як фізичних, так і технічних якостей значно покращилися, порівняно з показниками учасників експериментальної групи. Це можна обґрунтувати дієвістю нашої методики. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the features of beach volleyball in the school section, the development of technical and physical performance of volleyball players and the establishment of the relationship between technical and physical fitness, and a methodology for improving the special physical qualities of volleyball players was also developed. . As a result of the study, correlations were found between indicators of technical and physical fitness. It was also found that the indicators of participants in the experimental group of both physical and technical qualities significantly improved, compared with the indicators of participants in the experimental group. This can be justified by the effectiveness of our methodology.
