В роботі здійснено аналіз літературних джерел, організовано та підібрано різні методи експериментально-дослідної роботи, розроблено модель та виокремлені основні шляхи удосконалення рівня рухової активності студентів. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the problem of insufficient physical activity among students. The analysis of literary sources is carried out in the work, various methods of experimental work are organized and selected, a model is developed and the main ways of improving the level of motor activity of students are allocated.
