    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню розвитку рухових якостей дітей молодшого шкільного віку з використанням фітнес технологій. З’ясовано, що дану методику можна використовувати у процесі фізичного виховання школярів у загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах, тому що вона позитивно впливає на фізичний розвиток дітей молодшого шкільного віку та залучає їх до занять фізичними вправами. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of motor skills of primary school children with the use of fitness technologies. It is found that this technique can be used in the process of physical education of schoolchildren in secondary schools, because it has a positive effect on the physical development of primary school children and involves them in physical exercises.

    ФІЗИЧНА АКТИВНІСТЬ УЧНІВ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ В УМОВАХ НОВОЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ШКОЛИ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню фізичної активності в умовах Нової української школи. Визначили фізичну активність дітей молодшого шкільного віку за допомогою опитувальника. Були зібрані параметри антропометричних даних, що дало змогу порівняти їх фізичний розвиток зі стандартними параметрами. Проведене визначення взаємозв’язку окремих показників фізичного розвитку з руховою активністю дітей молодшого шкільного віку не виявило його наявності. Qualification work is devoted to the study of physical activity in the New Ukrainian school. The physical activity of primary school children was determined using a questionnaire. The parameters of anthropometric data were collected, which made it possible to compare their physical development with standard parameters. The determination of the relationship between certain indicators of physical development and physical activity of primary school children did not reveal its presence.
