The theoretical aspects of civic education are analyzed, along with practical methods that can be applied in the educational process. Визначено, системне впровадження позаурочної діяльності сприяє підвищенню формування ціннісних компетентностей шляхом систематичного наповнення змісту тем матеріалами моралезнавчого спрямування. / The work substantiates effective forms, methods and means of forming personal values among students of primary education in modern conditions. The theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of the formation of personal values in elementary school students in modern crisis conditions are revealed. It was determined that the systematic implementation of extracurricular activities contributes to the increase in the formation of valuable competences by systematically filling the content of topics with materials of a moral Direction
