Item РОЗРОБКА БІЗНЕС-ПЛАНУ ВІДКРИТТЯ КАФЕ-КОНДИТЕРСЬКОЇ «SWEET CAKE»(2025) Панова А. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці бізнес-плану відкриття кафе-кондитерської «Sweet Cake». Метою дослідження є створення ефективної моделі організації та функціонування закладу з урахуванням сучасних тенденцій ринку. У роботі проведено аналіз конкурентного середовища, визначено цільову аудиторію та розроблено концепцію меню. Розглянуто фінансові та маркетингові аспекти діяльності, включно з оцінкою витрат і прогнозом прибутковості. Запропоновані управлінські стратегії спрямовані на забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та сталого розвитку бізнесу. Робота має практичну значущість для реалізації проекту в реальних умовах. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для планування та розвитку підприємств ресторанного та кондитерського бізнесу. The qualification work is devoted to the development of a business plan for opening a cafe-confectionery "Sweet Cake". The purpose of the study is to create an effective model of organization and functioning of the institution, taking into account modern market trends. The work analyzes the competitive environment, identifies the target audience and develops a menu concept. The financial and marketing aspects of the activity are considered, including cost estimation and profitability forecast. The proposed management strategies are aimed at ensuring competitiveness and sustainable business development. The work has practical significance for the implementation of the project in real conditions. The results of the study can be used for planning and development of restaurant and confectionery businesses.Item РОЗРОБКА КОНЦЕПЦІЇ І БІЗНЕС ПРОЕКТУ ВЛАСНОЇ КАВ’ЯРНІ(2021) Руптанов, А. Ю.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ розробки концепції та бізнес проекту власної кав’ярні. У роботі визначені елементи бізнес плану кав’ярні, методи розробки бізнес проекту, основні чинники успішної роботи суб’єктів господарювання, існуючі методичні підходи до створення підприємства громадського харчування. У ході дослідження виявлено, що неодмінною умовою для створення успішного бізнес проекту є: аналіз змісту та методів розробки бізнес плану, дослідження ринку та конкурентів та розуміння продукту, якій створює підприємство громадського харчування. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of concept development and business project of your own coffee shop. The elements of the business plan of the coffee house, methods of business project development, the main factors of successful work of business entities, existing methodological approaches to the creation of a catering company are identified. The study found that a prerequisite for creating a successful business project is: analysis of the content and methods of business plan development, market research and competitors and understanding of the product created by the catering company.
