| dc.description.abstract | Сучасні технології секвенування такі як NGS (next generation siquensing) дозволяють проводити повногеномне секвенування за один день. Це дає можливість для обстеження популяції людей, проведення пошуку геномних асоціацій із виникненням певного захворювання, розповсюдження алелей таких генів в популяції. Накопичення даних в цій галузі та подальший їх аналіз призведе до розробки концепції персоніфікованої медицини. Це дасть можливість прорахунку ризику виникнення тієї чи іншої хвороби у людини на основі вивчення її геному, способу життя та оточуючого середовища Current sequencing technologies such as NGS (next generation sequencing) make it possible to carry out entire genome sequencing in one day. This makes it possible to expand the population of people, conduct a search for genomic associations from the causes of disease, and spread the alleles of such genes in the population. The accumulation of data in this study and their further analysis will lead to the development of the concept of personalized medicine.
