О.Стаття присвячена дослідженню міжособистісних стосунків у трудовому колективі банківської установи, аналізу соціально-психологічного клімату та оцінці ефективності психокорекційних заходів. Встановлено, що висока організаційна напруженість і низька згуртованість є ключовими проблемами, які впливають на стосунки. Запропоновано рекомендації для їх оптимізації. / The article focuses on studying interpersonal relationships in the workplace of a banking institution, analyzing the socio-psychological climate, and evaluating the effectiveness of psychocorrectional interventions. It was found that high organizational tension and low group cohesion are key issues affecting relationships. Recommendations for their optimization are proposed.
