В.У роботі на основі комплексного аналізу здійснено спробу обгрунтування оцінити ставлення до соціокультурних норм, що визначають гендерні ролі та очікування, пов’язані з жіночністю; визначено які аспекти психічного здоров’я можуть бути найбільше піддані впливу гендерних стереотипів; визначено можливі стратегії, які використовують жінки для подолання негативного впливу гендерних стереотипів на психічне здоров’я; розкрито проблему гендерних стереотипів, їх поширення та вплив на психологічне благополуччя та життєдіяльність жінок різного соціального статусу, віку та зайнятості. In the work, based on a complex analysis, an attempt was made to substantiate the assessment of attitudes towards socio-cultural norms that determine gender roles and expectations related to femininity; determined which aspects of mental health can be most affected by gender stereotypes; possible strategies used by women to overcome the negative impact of gender stereotypes on mental health are identified; the problem of gender stereotypes, their spread and influence on the psychological well-being and life activities of women of different social status, age and employment is revealed.
