В.У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано особливостей впливу психологічних чинників на формування професійної компетентності майбутніх практичних психологів. Кваліфікаційний проєкт складається з двох етапів наукового дослідження. Теоретична частина кваліфікаційної роботи розкриває категоріальний апарат дослідження і характеризує психологічні чинники формування професійної компетентності майбутніх практичних психологів. В практичній частині викладені результати психодіагностичного дослідження, результати статистичної обробки даних, зокрема кореляційного аналізу за Спірменом, що дозволило дослідити особливості професійного самоздійснення та самоефективності як складових професійної компетентності студентів-психологів та встановити особливості впливу психологічних чинників (рефлексивності, емоційного інтелекту та його складових, комунікативних та організаторських здібностей) на формування професійної компетентності у майбутніх практичних психологів. The qualification work analyzes the peculiarities of the influence of psychological factors on the formation of professional competence of future practical psychologists. The qualification project consists of two stages of scientific research. The theoretical part of the qualification work reveals the categorical apparatus of the research and characterizes the psychological factors of the formation of professional competence of future practical psychologists. The practical part presents the results of a psychodiagnostic study, the results of statistical data processing, in particular, Spearman correlation analysis, which allowed us to investigate the peculiarities of professional self-realization and self-efficacy as components of the professional competence of psychology students and to establish the peculiarities of the influence of psychological factors (reflexivity, emotional intelligence and its components, communicative and organizational skills) on the formation of professional competence in future practical psychologists.Item САМОСПРИЙНЯТТЯ ЯК ЧИННИК САМОРЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЖІНКИ(2024) Масюк, Д. О.Дана робота підкреслює важливість самосприйняття та самореалізації у розвитку особистості. У результаті дослідження було виявлено, що самосприйняття охоплює комплексне уявлення про власні характеристики, емоції, рольові стереотипи, аспекти ідентичності та самооцінку. Дослідження показало, що самореалізація особистості є процесом розвитку та досягнення власного потенціалу, що призводить до задоволення від життя та внутрішньої гармонії. Дослідження проводилося за допомогою різних методик, що дозволило описати групи жінок згідно з різними аспектами їхньої самореалізації. Зазначено, що належна самооцінка характеризується високою мотивацією досягати цілей та виконання завдань, проявляючи високий рівень професійної самореалізації. This work emphasizes the importance of self-perception and self-realization in personality development. As a result of the study, it was found that self-perception encompasses a complex idea of one's own characteristics, emotions, role stereotypes, aspects of identity and self-esteem.The study showed that the self-realization of an individual is a process of development and achievement of one's own potential, which leads to satisfaction with life and inner harmony. The research was conducted using different methods, which allowed to describe groups of women according to different aspects of their self-realization. It is noted that proper self-esteem is characterized by high motivation to achieve goals and perform tasks, showing a high level of professional self-realization.
