Item ГЕНДЕРНІ ПОВЕДІНКОВІ ПРОЯВИ ОСОБИСТОСТІ У КОНФЛІКТІ(2024) Носенко, П. С.У роботі досліджено гендерні особливості поведінки особистості в конфлікті. Предметом аналізу стали теоретичні аспекти конфліктів, їх вплив на поведінку особистості, а також емпіричне дослідження зазначеної проблеми. Визначено гендерні особливості у реагуванні на конфліктні ситуації, проаналізовано стилі поведінки в конфлікті за методикою К. Томаса та агресивності за опитувальником А. Басса та А. Дарки. Рекомендовано стратегії для ефективного вирішення конфліктів враховуючи гендерні відмінності. Робота має практичне значення для психологів та спеціалістів у сфері міжособистісних відносин, допомагаючи у побудові конструктивного спілкування та вирішенні конфліктних ситуацій / The work investigates the gender specifics of the individual's behavior in the conflict. The theoretical aspects of conflicts, their influence on the behavior of the individual, as well as the empirical study of the specified problem became the subject of the analysis. Gender specifics in response to conflict situations were determined, behavior styles in conflict were analyzed according to the K. Thomas method and aggressiveness according to the questionnaire of A. Bass and A. Darka. Strategies for effective conflict resolution taking into account gender differences are recommended. The work has practical significance for psychologists and specialists in the field of interpersonal relations, helping to build constructive communication and resolve conflict situations.Item ВПЛИВ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОЇ СУМІСНОСТІ НА НАВЧАЛЬНУ ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ ЗДОБУВАЧІВ ЗАКЛАДІВ ВИЩОЇ ОСВІТИ(2023) Тупиця, В. С.Робота присвячена дослідженню впливу соціального конструкту психологічної сумісності в малій групі на навчальную діяльність студентів закладів вищої освіти. Висвітлено сутність професійної орієнтації, її зв'язок з становлення особи юнацького віку майбутнім студентом ЗВО та подальший вплив на навчання. Розглянуто основні характеристики юнацького віку, його особливості які мать вплив в освітньому процесі. Розкрито питання коммунікативної культури в середовищі ЗВО як важливого компонента в становлені майбутнього спеціаліста під час навчання. Освітлено роль навчання у ЗВО особи юнацького віку у становлені його особистості як людини і фахівця. Для підтвердження або спростування теорії зв'язку психологічної сумісності з навчальною діяльність були проведені заняття з двома групами студентів, дослідження проводилося до та після впровадження системи навчальних завдань інтерактивного характеру, що спрямовані на створення комунікативної культури. The paper is devoted to the study of the influence of the social construct of psychological compatibility in a small group on the educational activities of students of higher educational institutions. The article highlights the essence of professional orientation, its connection with the formation of a person of adolescence by a future student of a higher education institution and its further impact on learning. The main characteristics of adolescence, its features that have an impact in the educational process are considered. The issues of communicative culture in the environment of higher education institutions as an important component in the formation of a future specialist during training are revealed. The role of education in a higher education institution of a young person in the formation of his personality as a person and specialist is highlighted. To confirm or refute the theory of psychological compatibility with educational activities, classes were held with two groups of students, the study was conducted before and after the introduction of a system of interactive educational tasks aimed at creating a communicative culture.
