Ю.У роботі підіймається питання раціональності реалізації засобів активної рухової діяльності здобувачів початкової освіти. Актуальність обраної теми дослідження обумовлена тим, що в умовах дистанційного формату навчання, фізична активність школярів значно знижена і потребує дидактичних і методичних ресурсів до проведення уроків. Автором надається спроба розкрити раціональність фізичних хвилинок на заняттях в асинхронному і синхронному форматі навчання. The work raises the issue of the rationality of implementing means of active motor activity of primary school students. The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the fact that in the conditions of distance learning format, the physical activity of schoolchildren is significantly reduced and requires didactic and methodological resources for conducting lessons. The author makes an attempt to reveal the rationality of physical minutes in classes in asynchronous and synchronous learning formats.
