The work explores the notion of concept in professional research, characterizes the genre dominants of modern popular songs, analyses the suggestive potential of modern popular songs. Авторка фокусує увагу на характеристиці англізмів, з’ясовує їх прагматичну роль у зазначеному дискурсі. У роботі послідовно висвітлюються основні завдання дослідження, зокрема, вивчаються тенденції до визначення понять «англомовне запозичення» і «спортивний дискурс». Обґрунтованість і вірогідність здобутих наукових результатів підтверджена ретельним опрацюванням достатнього мовного матеріалу: англізми, дібрані методом суцільної вибірки з періодичних спортивних німецькомовних інтернет-видань DAV Panorama, Sport Bild, Kicker, 11 Freunde за 2022-2023 рр. The work is devoted to the analysis of English borrowings that function in the German-language sports discourse. The author focuses attention on the characteristics of anglicisms, elucidates their pragmatic role in the specified discourse. The main tasks of the research are consistently highlighted in the work, in particular, trends in defining the concepts of "English borrowing" and "sports discourse" are studied. The validity and reliability of the obtained scientific results is confirmed by the careful processing of sufficient language material: English words selected by the continuous sampling method from the periodical sports German-language online publications DAV Panorama, Sport Bild, Kicker, 11 Freunde for 2022-2023.Item РОЗВИТОК РЕЦЕПТИВНИХ ГРАМАТИЧНИХ НАВИЧОК У ПРОЦЕСІ НАВЧАННЯ АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВИ УЧНІВ ГІМНАЗІЇ(2023) Стукалова, О. Г.Робота присвячена вивченню системи формування англійськомовної граматичної компетентності, яка полягає в осягненні та засвоєнні рецептивних та репродуктивних граматичних навичок і це одна з найбільш суттєвих задач методики викладання іноземної мови. Окрема увага в роботі приділяється створенню фрагментів уроків з розробкою вправ для вивчення граматичного матеріалу. Які моменти треба врахувати для повноцінного та якісного засвоєння матеріалу учнями, з урахуванням вікових особливостей та швидким розвитком сучасних інформаційних технологій. The paper is deals with the study of the system of forming English language grammar competence, which involves acquiring and mastering receptive and reproductive grammar skills. This is one of the most essential tasks in the methodology of teaching a foreign language. Special attention in the work is given to creating lesson fragments with the development of exercises for studying grammatical material. О.Робота присвячена дослідженню мовних засобах маніпулятивного впливу в англійському діалогічному мовленні та їх ролі у формуванні комунікативних навичок. У кваліфікаційній роботі висвітлюються основні завдання дослідження, зокрема, визначення поняття «маніпуляція»; визначається різниця між мовною маніпуляцією та мовним впливом, досліджуються основні прийоми мовного впливу на адресата, запропоновано систему вправ, спрямованих на навчання ефективного діалогічного мовлення. The work is devoted to the study of linguistic means of manipulative influence in English dialogic speech and their role in the formation of communicative skills. К.Кваліфікаційна робота орієнтована в теоретичному обґрунтуванні та експериментальній перевірці мотивації здобувачів до вивчення країнознавства засобами використання творчих завдань. У роботі пропонується форми та методи формування мотивації при вивченні країнознавства . Описані мотиви вивчення англійської мови. Розглянуто різні види інтерактивних технологій. Представлено приклади творчих вправ на формування мотивації студентів англомовних спеціальностей до вивчення країнознавства Великобританії та США . The qualification work is focused on theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the motivation of applicants to study country studies through the use of creative tasks. The paper proposes forms and methods of motivation formation in the study of country studies. The motives for learning English are described. Different types of interactive technologies are considered. Examples of engaging activities to inspire students studying English-speaking subjects to explore the UK and the USA are provided.Item РОЛЬ ХУДОЖНІХ ТЕКСТІВ У ПРОЦЕСІ ВИВЧЕННЯ ІНОЗЕМНОЇ МОВИ УЧНЯМИ ПРОФІЛЬНИХ КЛАСІВ: ЧИТАННЯ ТА АУДІЮВАННЯ(2023) Агапова, Н. О.У роботі репрезентовано комплекс вправ для ефективного застосування художніх текстів при вивченні англійської мови у профільних класах. Розглянуто головну мету навчання АМ у будь-якому навчальному закладі, а також роль художнього тексту, та кінотексту як його різновиду, у навчанні АМ учнів профільних класах старшої школи; уточнено поняття “іншомовна компетентність у читанні” та “іншомовна компетентність в аудіюванні”; з’ясовано сучасний стан вивчення питання формування іншомовної комунікативної компетентності та процесу навчання АМ у профільних класах старшої школи; визначено пріоритети навчання англійської мови у таких класах. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у представленому комплексі вправ з використанням художніх текстів для розвитку вмінь у читанні та аудіюванні на основі стратегій в учнів 11-х класів профілю англійської філології; створених пам’ятках для учнів по роботі з кожним видом вправ цього комплексу; розроблених та описаних етапах, способах та технологіях використання цього комплексу вправ для розвитку вмінь читання та аудіювання в учнів з допомогою онлайн-платформи Нетфлікс. This paper presents a set of exercises for the effective use of fictional texts when studying English in profession-oriented classes. It explores the main aim of teaching English in all educational institutions, along with the function of fictional texts, including film texts as a type of them, in teaching high school students of profession-oriented classes; clarifies the concepts of “reading competence in a foreign language” and “listening competence in a foreign language”; clarifies the current state of the theory of foreign language communicative competence formation and the process of teaching the English language in English Philology field profession-oriented high school classes; determines the priorities in English language teaching in such classes. The paper's practical significance lies in the presented set of exercises, with the use of fictional texts and strategies to develop reading and listening skills of the 11th grade English philology field students; created guidelines for them to work with each exercise type in the set; created and described stages, techniques, and technologies of using the exercise set for the development of students’ reading and listening skills with the help of the Netflix online platform.Item ДИСКУРСИВНА ОСОБИСТІСТЬ СУЧАСНОГО ПОЛІТИКА (НА МАТЕРІАЛІ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ ПРОМОВ БОРИСА ДЖОНСОНА ТА РІШІ СУНАКА)(2023) Іванова, К. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню дискурсивної особистості сучасного політика. У роботі розкрито поняття дискурсивної особистості в мовознавстві. Описано роль мови та риторики в політиці. Охарактеризовано специфіку політичних промов Бориса Джонсона та Ріші Сунака. В рамках цього дослідження виявлено, яким чином ці політики використовують мовні засоби для формування свого іміджу та впливу на громадськість. Також, робота передбачає порівняльний аналіз дискурсивних стратегій Б. Джонсона та Р. Сунака з метою виявлення спільних та відмінних особливостей їхнього мовного стилю та комунікативного підходу. У роботі застосовано загальнонаукові та безпосередньо лінгвістичні методи, релевантні для вивчення дискурсивної особистості політика. The qualification work is devoted to the research of the discursive personality of a modern politician. The work reveals the concept of discursive personality in linguistics. The role of language and rhetoric in politics is described. The specifics of the political speeches of Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak are characterized. As part of this study, it was revealed how these politicians use language tools to shape their image and influence the public. Also, the work involves a comparative analysis of the discursive strategies of B. Johnson and R. Sunak in order to identify the common and distinctive features of their language style and communicative approach. The work uses general scientific and directly linguistic methods relevant to the study of the discursive personality of a politician.Item ШЛЯХИ ФОРМУВАННЯ РИТОРИЧНИХ УМІНЬ УЧНІВ НА УРОКАХ АНГЛІЙСЬКОЇ МОВИ В ГІМНАЗІЇ(2023) Мухортова, М. The thesis deals with the problem of an individual approach to students in the process of teaching. The main trends in studying English in modern Ukrainian secondary schools are analyzed, modern variants to the problem of implementing the principle of an individual approach to students during the education are systemized, and the issue of individualization of education is considered in the context of new requirements for studying English in lyceum. Авторка розглядає письмо як вид мовленнєвої діяльності; досліджує психолінгвістичні засади формування писемної іншомовної комунікативної компетентності; визначає місце і роль писемної мови у системі навчання; розроблює систему вправ з формування умінь аргументованого писемного висловлювання учнів старших класів та надає методичні рекомендації з навчання аргументованого писемного висловлювання на уроках англійської мови в ліцеї. This thesis attempts to explore the nuances of instructing lyceum students in reasoned written expression during English lessons. Є.Робота присвячена дослідженню англійськомовних фразеологічних одиниць та їх взаємозв’язку з матеріалами ЗМІ. Особлива увага приділяється вивченню особливостей використання матеріалів ЗМІ для формування мовленнєвої компетенції учнів профільних класів. Досліджено приклади використання англійськомовних фразеологічних одиниць у матеріалах ЗМІ, навчальних програмах і підручниках профільних класів. Розроблено рекомендації щодо ефективного використання ЗМІ в навчанні англомовних фразеологічних одиниць у профільних класах ЗЗСО. The work deals with the study of English phraseological units and their correlation with mass media materials. Particular attention is paid to the study of peculiarities of using mass media materials for the formation of students’ speech competence in specialized classes of institutions of general secondary education. The examples of using English phraseological units in mass media materials, curricula and books of specialized classes have been studied. Досліджено переваги використання проєктного методу на уроках англійської мови, а також виявлено певні недоліки. Описано типи проектів та види монологічного мовлення, їх місце у розвитку мовленнєвих вмінь. The work is devoted to the study of the use of the project method as a means of developing the skills of monologue speech in English language classes in institutions of general secondary education. Particular attention is paid to the study of the project method itself as an integral part of teaching a foreign language. The advantages of using the project method in English lessons have been studied, and certain shortcomings have also been identified. В.Дослідження конструювання образу України у контексті російсько-української війни набуває все більшої актуальності. Образ України, створений в засобах масової інформації, має істотнє значення для громадської думку як всередині держави, так й на міжнародному рівні. Змодельований образ країни може впливати на те, як люди сприймають конфлікт, на їхню підтримку тієї або іншої сторони чи на їхню позицію стосовно пов’язаних із ним соціальних та політичних питань. The study of the construction of the image of Ukraine in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war is gaining more and more relevance. The image of Ukraine created in the mass media is of significant importance for public opinion both within the state and at the international level. А.Робота присвячена функціям мовлення персонажів художнього твору, роль персонажного мовлення у створенні художніх образів та вираженні ідейно-художнього змісту твору на прикладі повісті Ч. Дікенса «Різдвяна пісня в прозі».Окрема увага приділяється дослідженню лінгво-стилістичних особливостей повісті англійського письменника Чарльза Дікенса “Різдвяна пісня в прозі”. The work deals with the functions of character speech of the art work, the role of character speech in the creation of artistic images and the expression of the ideological and artistic content of the fiction narrative on the example of C. Dickens' story "A Christmas Carol in Prose". Particular attention is paid to the study of the linguistic and stylistic features of the novel "A Christmas Carol in Prose" by the English writer Charles Dickens.
