О.Метою цієї роботи є дослідження закономірностей та механізмів впливу психогенних факторів на оцінку якості життя особистості. Для досягнення мети роботи, було проаналізовано наукові джерела, на основі яких дано характеристику понять: «психогенні фактори», «невротичні процеси», «тривога» і «невроз». Було підтверджено, що психогенні фактори грають вагому роль у баченні якості свого життя індивідом та його оцінці власних характеристик, особливостей сприйняття впливу середовища та його умов на життя та психічний і фізичний стан особистості. Особливості впливу психогенних факторів визначаються рівнем рефлексії та усвідомленням ступеню впливу на процес тривожності і її взаємодії із захисними механізмами психіки. The purpose of this work is to study the patterns and mechanisms of influence of psychogenic factors on the assessment of quality of life. To achieve the goal, scientific sources were analyzed, on the basis of which the characteristics of the concepts are given: "psychogenic factors", "neurotic processes", "anxiety" and "neurosis". It was confirmed that psychogenic factors play an important role in seeing the quality of life of an individual and his assessment of their own characteristics, the peculiarities of perception of the environment and its conditions on life and mental and physical condition of the individual. Peculiarities of the influence of psychogenic factors are determined by the level of reflection and awareness of the degree of influence on the process of anxiety and its interaction with the protective mechanisms of the psyche.
