ПЕРЕКЛАД БІБЛІЇ НА НАРОДНІ МОВИ У ЗАХІДНІЙ ЄВРОПІ У ПЕРІОД РЕФОРМАЦІЇ 16-17 СТ.

Робота присвячена вивченню історії перекладів біблійних текстів у Західній Європі у 16-17 століттях та власне перекладів англійською та німецькою мовами у зазначений період. Охарактеризовано специфічні риси національних перекладацьких традицій, зумовлених конфесійними та лінгвістичними особливостями, що визначаються національними мовними реаліями та філологічною культурою перекладачів. The project is devoted to the history of translations of Biblical texts in Western Europe in the 16th-17th centuries, focusing on the actual translations into the vernacular English and German of this period. There were described the specific features of national translation traditions, conditioned by both confessional and linguistic peculiarities and determined by national linguistic realities and cultural background of the translators.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена актуальній проблемі відтворення безеквівалентної лексики в текстах засобів масової інформації. У роботі витлумачується поняття безеквівалентної лексики та описуються її типи, окреслено риси текстів ЗМІ, розкрито специфіку перекладу зазначеного виду лексики. Розглянуто головні тенденції перекладу безеквівалентної лексики та проаналізовано можливі труднощі, які можуть виникати у перекладача при роботі з текстами засобів масової інформації. The qualifing paper is focused on the problem of translation of non-equivalent vocabulary in the texts of mass media. The concept of non-equivalent vocabulary and its types have been analyzed in the paper, the peculiarities of mass media texts have been generalized; the specific features of translation of the specified vocabulary have been revealed. The main tendencies of translation of non-equivalent vocabulary have been considered and the possible difficulties that a translator could encounter while working with texts of mass media have been analyzed.

Робота присвячена висвітленню питання перекладу не тільки в аспекті машинного перекладу (переклад, виконаний повністю машиною), але націлена на виявлення явища автоматизованого перекладу (переклад виконаний людиною із використанням інформаційних технологій): пам’яті перекладу, управління термінологією й глосаріями, різних мережевих і не мережевих платформ для локалізації. Аспект автоматизованого перекладу допоможе визначити взаємодію машини й людини в процесі перекладу – де використовуються в локалізації технології машинного перекладу , а де вкрай необхідна участь перекладача –людини. The qualifying paper is not solely devoted to the issue of machine translation (translation performed entirely by machine), but also aims to identify the phenomenon of computer-aided translation (translation performed by humans using information technologies) in form of translation memory, terminology and glossary management, various online and offline localization platforms. The aspect of machine translation will help to determine the interaction between machine and man in the translation process – where machine translation technologies can be used in localization, and where the participation of a human translator is extremely necessary.
ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АУДІОВІЗУАЛЬНОГО ПЕРЕКЛАДАННЯ АНІМАЦІЙНИХ ФІЛЬМІВ

Роботу присвячено вивченню особливостей аудіовізуального перекладання популярних анімаційних фільмів американської лінгвокультури на українську мову. Матеріалом дослідження послугував анімаційний фільм «Смурфіки». У дослідженні було встановлено, що домінантною стратегією аудіо перекладання постає стратегія доместикації. The paper is focused on the research of the peculiarities of audiovisual translation of popular animated cartoons of American culture into Ukrainian. The case study of the research is an animated cartoon “The Smurfs”. The paper assumes that domestication is the dominant strategy of audiovisual translation.

Робота розглядає явище комічного, а також способи його досягнення як у тексті оригіналу так і тексті перекладу. Було також проаналізовано теорії та стратегії перекладу гумору, специфіку безпосередньо чорного гумору й одиницю аналізу кінокомедії у рамках перекладознавства. Труднощі відтворення ефекту комічного були висвітлені шляхом аналізу найрелевантніших для чорної комедії жанрових контекстів. The project analyses humorous effect as a phenomenon as well as means of achieving it both in original and translated texts. It deals with various theories and strategies of translating humour, analyses the specifics of black humour, and touches upon the translation analysis unit in comedy TV series. Difficulties in recreating the comedic effect were highlighted through the analysis of the most relevant contexts of the genre of black comedy.

В умовах стрімкого розвитку технологій і різних способів комунікації, а також зростаючої ролі інформації в житті суспільства, інформаційні жанри в різних видах засобів масової інформації набувають особливої значущості. Наразі вони переживають етап серйозної конкуренції з новими технологічними можливостями форм отримання та створення інформації. Сучасні засоби масової інформації мають величезний вплив на життя суспільства, на свідомість і уявлення людей. Суспільство постійно потребує отримання нових відомостей про те, що відбувається в світі. Після набуття Україною незалежності, мова ЗМІ зазнає змін в силу розвитку інформаційних технологій і розширення інформаційного простору. У зв’язку з цим переклад інформаційно-новинних текстів знаходить актуальність і значимість. In the conditions of rapid development of technologies and different ways of communication as well as the growing role of information in the life of society information genres in various types of mass media get a special significance. Currently, they are undergoing a stage of serious competition with new technological possibilities of obtaining and creating information. Modern media have a huge impact on society's life, on the minds and perceptions of people. Society is constantly in need of getting new information about what is happening in the world. After Ukraine regained its independence, the media language undergoes changes in the power of information technology development and information space expansion. In this regard, the translation of information and news finds relevance and significance.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі відтворення образу українського політикуму в зарубіжних медіатекстах. У роботі витлумачується поняття «образ» та описуються поняття «імідж», окреслено риси медіатекстів, розкрито поняття політичного дискурсу як лінгвістичного середовища для формування образу українського політикуму; розглянуто головні тенденції перекладу лінгвістичних засобів, що формують образ українського політикуму. The qualifying paper is devoted to the problem of reproduction the image of Ukrainian political society in foreign media texts. The paper explains the concept of “literary image” and describes the concept of “image”, outlines the features of media texts, reveals the concept of political discourse as a linguistic environment for the formation of the image of Ukrainian political society; the main tendencies of translation of linguistic means that form the image of Ukrainian politics are considered.

Також розглянуто аспекти локалізації та культуралізації піктограм для забезпечення успішного міжнародного спілкування. In the qualifying paper the author explains the concept of pictograms and the necessary processes for their internationalization. Тhe concept of "sign" and its role in the structure of languages explained. Numerous important aspects of localization and culturalization of pictograms in order to ensure successful international communication are in the thesis scope.

Робота присвячена актуальній проблемі передачі змісту та форми англійськомовних пісенних текстів у жанрі рок. У роботі проведено аналіз поняття пісенного тексту, окреслено основні складнощі, які він становить для перекладу, а також наведено дві основні стратегії художнього перекладу. Проаналізовано українські переклади англійськомовних пісенних текстів у жанрі рок. The project deals with a topical problem of the transmission of a form and content of English lyrics in rock genre. The project analyses the notion of lyrics, outlines the difficulties of translation as well as two main strategies of poetic translation. Ukrainian translations of English lyrics in rock genre were analysed.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню мовностилістичних особливостей та характеру основних видів художнього опису (інтер'єр, пейзаж, портрет) як різновидів «вербального живопису» в англійськомовному художньому дискурсі та способам їх відтворення у перекладі. У роботі розглянуто різні підходи до визначення понять «інтер'єр», «пейзаж», «портрет» у руслі філологічних напрямів. The qualifying paper is devoted to the study of linguistic and stylistic features and nature of the main types of artistic descriptions (interior, landscape and portrait) as a kind of “verbal art” in English literary discourse and ways of their translation. Different approaches to defining the concepts “interior”, “landscape” and “portrait” in philological scientific spheres are considered in the project.

У кваліфікаційній роботі автор пояснює поняття дискурсу й визначає місце інтернет-дискурсу в дискурсивній парадигмі. Схарактеризовано алгоритм створення чат-ботів. Розглядаються шляхи використання чат-ботів для автоматичної обробки текстової інформації на прикладі обробки текстових повідомлень в соціальних мережах . In qualifying paper the author explains the concept of discourse and locates the place of the Internet-discourse in discursive paradigm. The creation algorithm for chat-bots is characterized.The ways of using chat-bots for automatic processing of text information on the example of processing text messages on social networks are considered.

Кваліфікаційна робота зорієнтована на висвітлення теоретико-методологічних основ аналізу реалій дискурсу архітектури. Уточнено визначення поняття «реалія» та «архітектура». У роботі також висвітлено особливості та прийоми відтворення реалій дискурсу архітектури у перекладі. Описано особливості та труднощі процесу відтворення реалій архітектури англійською мовою. Також було вивчено взаємодію різних лінгвокультурних лексем, зокрема лексем архітектури, та перевіркa їх на матеріалі конкретних мов. The qualifying paper is focused on highlighting the theoretical and methodological foundations of the analysis of the realia of architecture discourse. The definitions of "realia" and "architecture" have been clarified. The paper also highlights the features and techniques of reproducing the realia of architecture discourse in translation. Features and difficulties of the process of reproducing the realia of architecture in English are described. The interaction of different linguistic and cultural lexemes, in particular architectural ones, and their verification on the material of specific languages have also been studied.

Робота присвячена семіотичному аспекту при перекладанні англійськомовних рекламних текстів. У роботі проведено аналіз семіотики як науки та предмета її вивчення – знака; досліджено специфіку і структуру рекламних текстів, розглянуто риторичні фігури рекламних текстів та їх переклад, проаналізовано основні семіотичні моделі реклами та семіотику кольору у рекламі. The project deals with semiotic aspect in the translation of English advertising texts. The analysis of semiotics as a science and the subject of its study – sign, the specifics and structure of advertising texts, rhetorical figures of advertising texts and their translation, the basic semiotic models of advertising and semiotics of color in advertising were analyzed.
ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПРЕЦЕДЕНТНИХ ТЕКСТІВ В РЕКЛАМНОМУ ДИСКУРСІ

У кваліфікаційній роботі було розглянуто рекламний дискурс як актуальне явище сучасної лінгвістики, охарактеризовано та визначено функції та основні типи мовленнєвого впливу на одержувача інформації. У ході роботи було проаналізовано труднощі та специфіку перекладу прецедентних текстів у рекламному дискурсі та визначено місце та роль прецедентного феномену в сучасній рекламі. В процесі роботи було розглянуто випадки застосування прецедентного феномену в англійськомовній рекламі та наведено відповідні приклади. In the qualifying paper the advertising discourse as a topical phenomenon of modern linguistics was considered, the functions and main types of speech influence on the recipient of information were characterized and defined. In the course of the work the difficulties and specifics of translation of precedent texts in advertising discourse were analyzed and the place and role of precedent phenomenon in modern advertising was determined. In the course of the work the cases of application of the precedent phenomenon in English-language advertising were considered and the corresponding examples were given.
СОЦІОЛІНГВІСТИЧНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ МОЛОДІЖНОГО МУЗИЧНОГО СЛЕНГУ ТА СПОСОБИ ЙОГО ПЕРЕКЛАДАННЯ

Дослідження соціолінгвістичних аспектів мови цікавлять багатьох вчених, і за останні десятиліття інтерес до цієї проблематики тільки посилився. Найбільш яскраве відображення мовної динаміки спостерігається в комунікативному середовищі молоді, що відображається в молодіжному сленгу. В рамках цієї роботи розглянуто і вивчено сутність поняття «сленг», класифікації та функції сленгу. Проаналізовано соціолінгвістичні особливості молодіжного сленгу. Обґрунтовано способи та прийоми відтворення молодіжних сленгових одиниць у сфері музики засобами української мови. Тhe sociolinguistic aspect of slang and its translation from English into Ukrainian has been and remains one of the most pressing in modern translation studies. The most vivid reflection of language dynamics is observed in the communicative environment of young people, which is reflected in youth slang. In terms of this paper, the essence of the concept of "slang", classifications and functions of slang are considered and studied. Sociolinguistic features of youth slang are analyzed. Methods and techniques of translation of youth slang units in the field of music by means of the Ukrainian language are substantiated.

У роботі розглядаються способи і прийоми перекладу реалій: дано визначення, загальні ознаки та класифікації реалій, описано особливості та труднощі процесу відтворення реалій в музичних творах українською мовою з англійської. The qualifying paper is focused on covering the translation of realia in musical texts: the essence of the concept of "realia", analysis of the definition of realia in form and content, scientific approaches to the study of realia and their reproduction. The paper considers methods and techniques of translation of realia: the definition, general features and classifications of realia are given, features and difficulties of the process of reproduction of realia in musical works from English into Ukrainian are described.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню лінгвостилістичних особливостей пейзажних описів на прикладі англійськомовних художніх творів і способам їх перекладу з англійської мови українською. У роботі розглянуто різні підходи до визначення поняття «пейзаж» у філології. Були виокремлені функції пейзажу: позначення місця і часу, естетична, психологічна, текстоутворююча, які залежать від стилю автора та ідейного задуму твору. The qualifying paper is devoted to the study of linguistic and stylistic features of landscape descriptions on the example of English language works of art and methods of their translation from English into Ukrainian. The qualifying paper contains the information about definition of landscape in philology. The functions of the landscape were singled out: designation of place and time, aesthetic, psychological, text-forming, which depends on the style of the author and the ideological idea of the work.
СПЕЦИФІКА ПЕРЕКЛАДАННЯ ДРУКОВАНИХ ІНТЕРНЕТ-ВИДАНЬ ПОЛІТИЧНОЇ ТЕМАТИКИ

Тема роботи передбачає вивчення англомовних текстів друкованих інтернет видань та складнощі їх перекладу українською мовою, зосередивши увагу на відтворенні лексико-семантичного та структурно-граматичного наповнення вихідних текстів. У роботі виявлено найчастіше вживані типи текстів, здійснено аналіз лексичної організації текстів ЗМІ. Описано особливості та труднощі процесу перекладу термінів політичної тематики українською мовою. The theme of the paper involves the study of English-language texts of printed online publications and the complexity of their translation into Ukrainian, focusing on the reproduction of lexical-semantic and structural-grammatical content of the source texts.The most frequently used types of texts are revealed in the paper, the analysis of lexical organization of mediatexts is carried out. Features and difficulties of the process of translating political terms into Ukrainian are described.
ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ВІДТВОРЕННЯ ГУМОРУ ПРИ КІНОПЕРЕКЛАДІ (НА МАТЕРІАЛІ КОМЕДІЙНИХ КІНОФІЛЬМІВ)

Роботу присвячено вивченню природи гумору як культурного феномену, окресленню механізмів, що лежать у підґрунті формування комічних контекстів, зокрема розкриттю поняття «комічної інконгруентності», а також вивченню особливостей відтворення комічних контекстів у тексті перекладу, враховуючи культурну специфіку вихідної мови та мови перекладу. У науковому доробку необхідно розкрити поняття кінокомедії та висвітлити специфіку гумору американської лінгвокультури, що втілюється у кінотексті на вербальному та візуальному рівнях. This research deals with the study of the nature of humor as a cultural phenomenon, the study of the mechanisms underlying the formation of the comic contexts, in particular the disclosure of «comic incongruity»,as well as revealing the specificity of rendering the comic contexts translation in the text, considering cultural specificity of the original language and the text. The paper focuses on the definition of the notion comedy film (cinematic text) and the highlightof the specifics of the humor of American linguistic culture. The latter is realized in the cinematic text with the help of verbal and visual means.

У роботі розглядаються способи і прийоми перекладу фентезі; узагальнено визначення, загальні ознаки та класифікації фентезі, здійснено аналіз способів і прийомів перекладу текстів жанру фентезі, описано особливості та труднощі процесу відтворення фентезійних творів українською мовою. The qualifying paper is focused on studying translations of texts of the fantasy in Ukrainian translations of children's fantasy: the essence of the concept of "fantasy", scientific approaches to the study of fantasy. The paper considers methods and techniques of fantasy translation; it generalizes the definition, general features and classifications of fantasy, analyzes the methods and techniques of translation of fantasy texts, describes the features and difficulties of the process of reproduction of fantasy texts into Ukrainian.
